Thai Express Riocentre Kanata — Restaurant in Ottawa

Ordered stir fry via uber eats two nights ago (march 17th, around 8pm) quality keeps getting worse and worse everytime i go. The veggies were not cooked at all, raw onions and carrots in both meals. Gave concern for the meat and we did not enjoy the meal what so ever. Both boxes were soaked and leaking as the food was too watery, the boxes didnt contain the liquid and went all over our clothes. Since the meal, we’ve been stomach sick for two days now. When i ordered the food i picked it up, the guy was not busy at all i was the only customer inside. i dont know why he couldnt cook the meal properly. We are usually fairly pleased with this location but this last time was too much wrong and uber didnt do anything about it..

I would continue to give this location my money if they handle the worker who is neglectful….. and hire someone who cares about putting out safe and...

We ordered 4 stir fry dishes two days ago. Ate 3 over Saturday and Sunday, and today my daughter attempted to eat the fourth one but to her surprise she found a BANDAID in her rice!!!!!!!! Someone lost their bandaid in our food and didn’t even bother to check or dispose the food to avoid risking contamination. If the $17 are more valuable than my health and that of my family’s then I’m not interested neither in your food nor in your service. There’s a red line that should never be crossed with hygiene and food handling. If you’re not able to maintain basics of cleanliness when you handle our food then you’re better off closing your store! I’m NEVER buying from this store (or any other Thai express) after this day! I am restaurant owner myself and feel The owner should know ,The staff here seem miserable and don’t want to be there especially the Indian guy , I order a beef thai soup , he actually gave me a chicken instead , when I let him know just gave me a bag with beef in it to add to the soup , I was the only customer and I ask to dine in gave me the soup like in the picture all the garnish and chicken is on bottle ,, the asian dude was on break so not sure if he the one that was sopose to make it normally or not, this prob turned me off from all thai expresses in the future good luck to them but if this is how there franchises run I would short...
