Terrible experience from start to finish. I waited 40 minutes for my order, only to receive the wrong items. The delivery driver took a longer route than necessary, which added to the delay. When the order finally arrived, there was no receipt, so I couldn't even verify if it was my order.
After pointing out the mistake to the delivery driver, he became extremely rude, snatching the order from me and spilling a sauce packet on my driveway in the process. His behavior was completely unprofessional.
When I contacted the restaurant, the response was equally disappointing. The person I spoke to was indifferent and only offered a refund, without any effort to rectify the situation or offer an apology.
This experience was frustrating and ruined my special day. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. If I could give zero...

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this restaurant. After waiting for 40 minutes, my order arrived only to find it was incorrect. The delivery driver took an unnecessarily long route, and when he finally arrived, there was no receipt for me to verify the order.
Upon informing the delivery driver of the mistake, he reacted rudely, snatching the order back from me and creating a mess by dropping a sauce packet on my driveway. When I called the restaurant to report the issue, the person on the phone was unhelpful and simply offered a refund without any effort to resolve the problem or apologize.

1 - Call Uber 2 - Drive to the store and pick them up
After refusing both those options I get some random person on the phone that introducing himself as "the guy who messed up my order" , and acknowledges that he forgot those 3 items , I said it wasn't a problem but I would like them and said he spoke to his manager and my options where to come pick it up or to call uber .
