I recently had the pleasure of dining at this Indian restaurant, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Recommended Dishes: Onion Mirchi Paratha: A flavor explosion with the perfect balance of spice. Old Delhi Style Chai: A soul-soothing cup that transported me to the streets of Delhi. Chholiya Pulao: Fragrant and flavorful, a perfect accompaniment to the main courses. Rara Lamb: Tender and rich, a must-try for lamb enthusiasts. Methi Chicken: A delightful dish with a perfect blend of spices. Cashew Paneer: Creamy, nutty, and utterly delicious.
What stood out was the guidance provided by the Restaurant Manager, Mo. His passion for the cuisine was evident as he took the time to explain the entire menu, recommending signature dishes and pairing them with delightful drinks.
The restaurant's interior is a unique blend of aesthetics, creating a fine-dining atmosphere. The well-spaced tables ensure privacy, a rare find in other establishments.
Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for its delectable dishes, attentive service, and inviting ambiance. A must-visit for any lover of...
Read moreIt's been a while since we have had Indian food. I'm so happy we found a new and now our favorite Indian restaurant. Once we walked in, we noticed a comfortable atmosphere. Everything was clean and organized. I always try to take a peek into the kitchen to see if it's chaos, dirty, or generally unappealing. The kitchen appeared busy, but as expected. Also, I checked the bathroom, and everything was clean. Definitely ownership pride. OK, now the food. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. We had the butter chicken, it was cooked perfectly, very tasty. I just wished it had one more drumstick. I think next time I'll ask if it's possible to add another. We also had the lamb shank. The gravy was heavenly, and just enough spice added. I think I could just dip the naan bread in it all day. I can't say enough about this restaurant, 5 stars all the way. The server was great, and the chef came to our table to ask if everything was fine. Great customer service. Plus, at the end, it didn't break the bank. Very reasonable. We will be back again soon. Love it. Love...
Read moreWe went to Masala Trail from a suggestion and we highly recommend it. We were greated by a friendly host 'MO'. The restaurant has a calming atmosphere with a lovely background music. The menus are on a unique presentation board. The descriptions are self-explanatory but those those not familiar with Indian food, Mo was very helpful with describing menu items. We ordered an appetizer, beef vindaloo, tandori salmon, cream chicken with garlic naan bread and Cumin rice. The a la carte items are for sharing. The food is served in unique dishes and was prepared to perfection. The meat was a melt in your mouth experience and the sauces paired well with the Naan and rice. So glad we had leftovers to bring home. We finished our meal with a shared desert which was light and refreshing type of ice cream. We lingered to enjoy our date and did not feel rushed. Admittedly, we were there for lunch which is a less busy than dinner. This was our first meal and will definitely be back. Thank you MO for making our time there a...
