Let’s start with the fries. Ah, the fries. Imagine a world where every potato, regardless of its aspirations, is destined to be deep-fried, salted, and served in a red, paper bag. These fries are the epitome of “exactly what you’d expect.” Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and so uniformly shaped they could be used as a metaphor for conformity in modern society. They taste like... well, fries. And that's the most exciting thing about them.
Next up, the Big Mac. This iconic burger is so legendary, it practically needs an introduction in the Guinness World Records. With its three layers of bun, two beef patties, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions, and that special sauce, it’s a construction marvel—kind of like the Eiffel Tower, but for your stomach. When you take a bite, the ingredients meld together in a way that says, “You’re eating a Big Mac. Nothing more, nothing less.” It’s the culinary equivalent of a predictable plot twist.
And then there’s the soda. Ah, the fountain Diet Coke. Carbonated water infused with a hint of cola syrup, served in a cup that’s the perfect size for sipping while you contemplate the meaning of life. It’s refreshingly cold, but let’s be honest, it’s soda. There’s nothing particularly groundbreaking here. It’s like the background music in a shopping mall—always there, seldom noticed, but crucial for setting the scene.
In summary, McDonald’s is a place where the food is exactly as expected: predictable, reliable, and absurdly ordinary. The fries are fries, the Big Mac is a Big Mac, and the Diet Coke is, well, Diet Coke. If you’re looking for groundbreaking food experiences, you won’t find them here. But if you want a consistent meal that you can count on to be exactly what it says on the tin, McDonald’s delivers in a delightfully mundane fashion. Enjoy the spectacle of the utterly...
Read moreIf you're the type of person who values their money, go ahead and skip this location. The staff are extremely incompetent and lack any sort of understanding and/or awareness. The computer system works great to get orders from the register/kiosk to the person preparing your food, however the person preparing your food is too incompetent to follow simple instructions, or doesn't know how to read... or both. Then the person handing you your order is also too incompetent to ensure they're actually handing you your food and not someone elses. I've had the same issues with this location multiple times, and has even happened multiple times in a single visit. It's amazing how stupid people can be, and I'm shocked some of the employees at this location are able to get through day to day life. The issue with this location is lack of corrective action from management to the employees not doing their jobs properly. You'll either get stale food, Something you didn't order and/or ask for, or you may be getting someone else's order, only to realize after you got home. However I have learned to not trust Stupid, and make sure I have the correct order before leaving now. The employees here are unable to keep up with basic 101 tasks of a restaurant, like listening to the customers order, or for the ones making the food, reading the screen right infront of their face, or confirming the order they're handing out is going to the correct person. I'm always very patient with them, even when 3 "mishaps" happen in 1 visit..however enough is enough. Hope a manager see's this and is competent enough to communicate corrective action to their idiots in the back.
In short, if you want to avoid a hassle, or avoid dealing with stupid people,...
Read moreI'm saddened to say that this McDonald's has really gone downhill in the past few months. This used to be my go-to spot for a quick and reliable meal, but the recent experiences have been disappointing, to say the least.
The most consistent issue I've encountered is with the accuracy of orders. Almost every time I visit, there's an item missing from my order. This isn't just an occasional oversight; it's become a regular occurrence, which is frustrating when you're on the go and rely on a complete order.
What compounds this problem is the noticeable change in staff attitude and customer service. In the past, the team here was friendly and helpful, always ready to correct any mistake with a smile. Lately, however, the staff seem disinterested and detached. There's a palpable sense of apathy, and it feels like no one there really cares about customer satisfaction anymore.
I understand that this isn't a five-star restaurant, and my expectations are set accordingly. But, getting the order right is a basic expectation for any food service, especially for a well-known chain like McDonald's. It's disheartening to see such a decline in a place that used to be reliable and customer-friendly.
I hope this feedback is taken constructively, and that there will be improvements. Until then, I'm hesitant to return for...
