Our recent experience with the pizza store was unfortunately quite disappointing. We placed an order for pizza and fries using the Pizza Pizza app, but upon receiving the order, we were taken aback by the quality. The pizza was severely burnt and the fries appeared to be uncooked. It was clear that the items were not in an edible state.
In light of this, we promptly reached out to their service center to voice our concerns and dissatisfaction. They assured us that they would rectify the situation by sending a replacement order. However, when the second order arrived, we were only provided with the fries, and the pizza was nowhere to be found.
To make matters worse, the delivery driver's behavior was far from acceptable. Not only was he rude in his interactions, but he also engaged in unnecessary arguments with us. The driver even went so far as to claim that the store does not provide replacements for complaints, which left us feeling unheard and frustrated.
It's disheartening to encounter such a series of mishaps in what should have been a simple and enjoyable experience. We've been loyal customers of this pizza store for quite some time, but this incident has left us reconsidering our future orders. We hope that the management takes our feedback seriously and works towards improving their service quality, consistency, and customer communication. A successful business relies on its customers, and our experience fell far short of...
Read moreThe manager is extremely rude at this location. I'm sure he has no idea what proper customer service is, or even just being a decent human being. My boyfriend and I have gone to this location twice now, and on both occasions the manager has been horrible. The first time I had gone to pick up my order and an employee was at the front. I had waited 30min in store for my pizza after my notifying them that I had made an order. They told me to wait, and they hung out in the back doing nothing. Finally I re-asked for my order because we had been waiting so long, and he said "oh ya its been ready". I requested to speak to the manager in the back, whom I could visually see, he waved us off. The employee at the front looked back at the manager and said "i dont think the manager is in right now"... I paid for my pizza and left. Yesterday I was in again with my boyfriend, the manager yelled at me to get out, as there is only a one person max in the store(which is understandable due to COVID), but he certainly could have come up with something better than "get out!", the employee at the front properly explained that there was only a one person max, and I exited. Disgusting way to treat people, I am a business owner myself and I will certainly not be speaking highly of this location, nor will I...
Read moreHORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ... Have been ordering from here for a very long time, but recently have been having a lot of issues with the store service. First not following the Pizza Pizza guidelines was just not acceptable: when pizza time-guarantee is up, order should be free. However the employee (not sure if it was the manager) said he didn't want to do that and started making excuses, as if the order is coming from his dad's pocket. Also, after he was being very rude to another lady, one of the other employees came to apologize. 9/10 times the store was not stocked, so when we came to pick up free chips that came with the order, or Caesar salads, he refused to give another item (like it says on the Pizza Pizza website) and told us to go ** ourselves and to complain to Pizza Pizza; Which we did every time we came here. The only reason we kept coming back here was because this place is literally 2 minutes away by walk. I honestly don't know how Pizza Pizza is okay with this. I used to work in customer service, and never even on my worst day have I been rude to customers, or acted the way they do here. CUSTOMER SERVICE is called that for a reason, and having to deal with animals, behemoths, and garbage people to get food is not...
