Edit March 11 2023 - the last two times I ordered the pizza has been very questionable. This time I think might be the final order for me. I asked and paid for double cheese and I got an extra thin crust pizza and less then usual cheese and toppings. See pic. Very disappointed. I have dropped my rating from 5 to 1 star. They may have lost a very good customer. Previous Review: I order alot of pizza and consider myself a pizza connoisseur. I've tried every pizza place but settle for a good one when i find it until they mess up 3x (3 strikes and they are out type thing). I've been ordering here for the past year and it has been consistently perfect. Pros: - Good dough recipe - Standard but good cheese versus other pizzerias of similar style - Average with the topping amount. But the toppings are high quality and good. - never had rotten/going bad pepperoni like at Gabriels - House garlic is a must - Wings are average pizza wings but good for what they are - deep fried cheese curds - large selection of pizzas - Double cheese is a must at Milano's - Poutine, although not a good one versus real poutine, is a classic here and brings back some memories as a child when i didnt know poutine. Like i said its not amazing poutine but the way its done is interesting and different. Its basically fries, decent gravy and a ton of mozzarella tossed in the oven and then coated in black pepper. Ill say it again its not a premium poutine but an interesting and different take on one. Cons: Price and delivery fee. On average a large pizza with tip costs me $52 which is quite high for a pizza. Gabriels was my go to but they have gone down significantly over the past few years, so i decided to give Milanos a chance and have not been disappointed. My go to junk pizza places are Little Ceaser's and Papa Johns

Used to be our favorite. Ordered for Mother's Day. First one was missing bacon. Brought another. Still did not smell the same, did not taste the same, cheese different, peppers awful tasting. Ate dessert instead. Never ever going back. As you can see, most is left and now going into next garbage pickup. When I wanted to explain in detail to the owner, he was not sympathetic as he had sold thousands that day and no one complained except me.

Just got the monday pizza special, pepperoni pizza was meh, didn't seem to be the quality and consistency as we got a couple months ago ( Though we did get the meat lovers last time) Crust thickness, cheese and sauce didn't seem the same. What was concerning is that I bit into something hard, pulled it out and it looks like a peice of gravel? Have no idea what it actualy is but hard like a rock. About 2mm across each way. Picture attached.

On Nov 11th I ordered a large pep bacon green olive. I asked for pineapples on half witch I did not receive. How ever this is the least of my issue. During the first slice of pizza my boyfriend had a olive seed in and not only did he bit in it he broke is tooth! After exceuiting pain and not being able to see a dentist till the next day to partially cover it untill Thursday! Missed worked, sleepless night. Milano did not make it easier. After calling and explaining the situation I dint get an appology or any empathy. Asking to talk to the manager witch was Marshall at the time tbat had more experience and not knowing what to do he asked if he could send a new one. No thank you.. He agreed to fully rehembourse my order. I asked for the owner to call me the next morning with any reassurance. Ben who suspects to be the owner as gathered my information and sent it to the olive company. No answer still. 2 days ago my boyfriend went into collect. Not only did he the owner through money over the counter said it wasnt is responsibility and had no time to deal with this matter. Calling momentarily after to discuss the situation as promisses earlier it was ok to get a rehemboursement for my order. He now yelled over the phone saying its not his problems not his responsability and he wants the bill, wants me to return the pizza (thats was not eaten) and also requested to see the olive seed witch I kept. Today I did all of that, got the money back as I was calm cool and collected I asked for the olive company information as I had no follow up. He said I sent the email its not my problem and walked away! Sadly I need to contact head office for poor customer service, disrespectful management and no problem ressolved.. I am looking for answers. I do not recommend 385...

This has nothing to do with their food, but a good story just the same. End of Nov 2012. Had a brand new SUV 2 days old. Went to parent-teacher night at Sir Will H/S on 10th Line. Parked in the school parking lot in the best place where I was against the curb on one side so I wouldnt get any door dings. Went into P/T night. Came out and found the delivery driver for Milano Pizza parked IN MY SUV. That's right, his 1990 Corolla was parked in my engine block. He was going south on 10th line, jumped the median, across to lanes of oncoming traffic, jumped the curb, across the throughfare of the school parking lot, hit the other curb, went airborne and into my engine block. Suddenly the guy didn't speak English or French once the cops showed up. Had to call his boss at Milano Pizza. When this assclown showed up, he started mouthing off saying that it wasn't the drivers fault. Got in an arguement with the cop. Then said that the guy was not going to pay for it. Anyhow, because the 'I suddenly can't speak Eng or Fre' delivery guy broke the a-post of my SUV, it was a total write off. And to top things off, he didn't even get a ticket from the cop because the impact happened on proivate property (the school parking lot)....
