What a gem of a place in the heart of Stittsville! Just recently tried this restaurant a couple weeks ago and absolutely loved it! A few friends had recommended it when I was looking for a place in the area, and now I can see why. From phoning to get a reso, being greeted and welcomed at the door by the delightful hostess, and our dinner...everything was impeccable!! My partner had the baked spaghetti dish with baked cheese on top (and a giant delicious meatball) and he said it was excellent. I had the Lemon picatta/chicken dish and it was phenomenal. They also have GF pasta options for those, like myself, who can't eat regular pasta. Our server, Nicole, was super friendly, welcoming, and excellent...you can tell she enjoys her job! We were wowed by the impeccable, and down-to-earth professional service. I also wanted to mention the bus girl/helper Bree (Brie?), she came to fill our waters, bring bread or take dishes away and she was super friendly! For our first visit, we loved it and will happily recommend this spot to everyone. Just a note, we went back last week and while we still loved our visit, the food etc, we got seated in the back/private party room along with a Christmas dinner party. It was still nice, but we just felt like we were sitting in on someone else's private party. So next time we'll ask to not sit in that room or wait longer for a table in the main restaurant. It was a last-min decision to go for dinner and it was a busy night so we did really appreciate fitting us in! All in all, fantastic restaurant with wonderful food, and amazing staff! I have a feeling we're going to become...

Just visited Napoli's last night for dinner. Ambiance & service - fantastic! Started off with the zucchini appetizer, and a nice Cabernet Sauvignon. Just a great experience as we sat. A solid menu, and a really solid recommendation by my friend & our server who also happens to be 100% family of this well run restaurant. Chicken Parmigiana. Mark just told me it's the best he has ever had, and will ruin me for life. So I order that, and wait. I enjoy our great quiet table an just soak the experience up. Having just returned from Italy four weeks ago, I'm needing an Italy kick. Hopefully this is it. Out comes an incredibly well plated Chicken Parmigiana. I normally take pictures of food that's as well prepared as this, but in my excitement - I just went straight to work. It was exceptional. Beautiful pasta, just the right amount of homemade sauce, and the chicken was just so well presented on top. I highly recommend you order this - it'll set the high bar for this dish, and just yhe presentation alone is worth the price of admission. Finished off the night with a great chat, and an fantastic espresso.

I've been going to Napoli's for a long time. Sometimes we go often, sometimes it's been a while since we check in here. I've held staff Christmas parties here, I've brought family, I've brought friends.

No matter what circumstances, Napoli's always pulls off a five star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ experience. We are lucky to have a family as dedicated to replicating a really well done Italian meal. It's in my favorite book for the Ottawa area. Highly recommend....
