This isn’t just the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to it’s the worst business I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Honestly, this place should be shut down immediately.

I waited almost two hours for food that never arrived. During that time I was bounced between at least half a dozen waitresses, all repeating the same empty promise: “5 more minutes.” They lied to my face over and over. Eventually, someone had the nerve to come back and ask me what I ordered after TWO HOURS. By then, I had already been charged. I walked out with no food, no refund, nothing but wasted time and stolen money.

The service is a complete circus. Staff laughing in the corner while customers are ignored. Dirty tables everywhere. No organization, no accountability, no respect. It felt less like a restaurant and more like a scam operation designed to take your money and give you nothing.

I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy. To call this place a restaurant is an insult to the food industry. It is a disgrace and a fraud. If there’s any justice, health inspectors and consumer protection agencies should shut this place down for good.

I wish I could give this place a ZERO rating. Went in there to get some beef patties - which were on full display by the way - the owner sits there looks at me and keeps talking to her staff member. 1 minute later, they both walk to the back where the kitchen area is. I wait around for a few, then just walk out. There was another customer sitting down waiting, I have no idea how long he was there but by the time I was in my car I see him walk out empty ended.

They have zero idea what customer service means. I will not be going back there ever again. Mark my words. Maybe the cook wasn't available, who knows, that's not an excuse. At least greet your customers. All I wanted were patties.

If you don't wanna run a business, stay home. And take some customer service courses while...

We had dinner here last night and absolutely loved the experience! We ordered pando and efo riro and were not disappointed — the flavours were rich, authentic, and perfectly balanced (not too spicy).

What stood out most was the generous portion sizes and how quickly the food was served. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, with a diverse mix of customers, which added to the charm.

The staff were simply amazing — warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. A special mention goes to Gerald, who was extremely professional and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great evening. His service truly elevated the whole experience.
