The restaurant is nice and the food is excellent! the staff are sometimes nice. but sometimes they get my order wrong like one time, i ordered 4 meat pies 2 of them with chesse and it was supposed to cost me around 15-20 dollars but the guy thought i said that i wanted 4 meat pies and 2 cheese pies and he said it will cost me 25 dollars. he stamped the brown bags so i don't see the meat pies and cheese pies and put it all in a bag i came back looking for a refund and the guy just put some cold cheese in the meat pie it was not that good. The staff are always trying to make jokes with me even when I'm not in the mood one guy acted like the store was closed and said that i was trying to STEAL as a joke..i got confused and he said iM JoKiNg, iM JoKiNg so then i just immediately left beceause i was not in the mood for a lame, not funny joke. The pies are decent . Given the high ratings, I would have expected more out of the sandwich. Garlic sauce was runny, not creamy. Potatoes were so bad I couldn't tell if they were overcooked or undercooked, chewy in a way potatoes shouldn't be...they toast your sandwich on the grill which is a plus, gives a nice crunchy favor with the pickles and turnips... Too bad garlic sauce was weak, I am surprised that given the number of shawarma shops in the city it doesn't cause the competition to step up their game. I suppose if you're in a high traffic area you can provide a low quality product and it's just a numbers game. Most places will charge a few extra dollars for a can upgrade to a bottle of ayran.
