Pizza Pizza — Restaurant in Ottawa

All I wanted to do was order a large half-cheese half-pepperoni pizza. Easy enough...right?

Get to the cash, and place my order. I notice that the employee charged me for an extra large. Okay, no big deal.

I ask him to correct it, because I want a large. He refuses, and tells me the extra large is cheaper. I ask him what the price of a large is, and he can't tell me. I ask him to ring it in so I can see it. He rings it in, and indeed it is more expensive.

I ask him politely to change the order to an extra large. Then he starts yelling, "You asked me for a large! I gave you the BEST PRICE, but now you're changing your mind AGAIN!"

Fed up at this point, I give up and tell him to charge me for a large. Then he changes the order AGAIN eithout telling me, and charges me for an extra large. At this point I give up on arguing, and I wait for my pizza.

I get my order, and realize the extra large pizza I didn't want but he made me order anyways is indeed a large - and to top it off, instead of being half-cheese it's all pepperoni.

This place is horrible!!! Do NOT order from this location. I ordered a X-large 3 topping pizza, 4 drinks and 2 dips. The pizza was burnt and the chicken was dry. I called customer service and when I went to go pick up the order, the manager told me the phone number was incorrect and refused to give me the replacement order. I called customer service back and instead of the replacement, I got a credit for the full price of the full order and ordered it the next day. When I went in to pick up the replacement, the cook was rude, ignorant and insulting. He said if we did not leave ASAP, he would be calling the cops. I was very calm during all this and did not raise my voice once. On several occasions I went in to place a order, there were 5 employees behind the counter & none of them would serve me. They rather clean then to serve customers. For over 5 minutes I stood there in plain sight until I finally...

I have been here numerous times - but no more. I could not stand the service; they simply lie to their customers, each and every one as they come in. They will tell you 35 minutes wait and then add 15 minutes with the audacity to add another 30 minutes after that - it's just laughable service. I actually took the time to mention that lying to their customers will degrade the value of their service and they essentially laughed it off acting as if their low grade quality food was actually an addictive drug of some kind. If they would just realize that their primary customer base are younger people or single parents who don't have the time to waste waiting for nothing then maybe their value of service would increase. I couldn't count how many people they lied to - one after another in a seamless bout of mincing minutes for the sake of trying to make a quick buck. It was pathetic by all...
