Two main things come to mind that I'd very much like to communicate...First off, this review is long overdue!!! I am ashamed to say that I'm only just finally posting this review after several years of visiting this BEST of all Pizza Pizza locations!!! Please accept this as my formal apology to all of you, but especially to the Superstar, Mihraj, my dear brother from another mother!!! 😁🙏🙏🙏😁
Secondly, there just isn't enough stars provided here for me to rate the many awesome experiences that I have enjoyed over the years concerning their amazing, consistently high quality of food as well as for their unrivalled, stellar and exceptional, friendly customer service!!! 😀👍👍👍😁
So without further adieu, I will now award this Pizza Pizza with 10 GOLDEN STARS, a rating that is much more befitting of their awesome food and service!!! The real SUPERSTARS here though are Mihraj, Frenchy, John and the rest of their amazing team of some of the best, most devoted staff I have ever observed, irregardless of the industry!!! They operate like a well oiled machine!!! This is the best Pizza Pizza location that I know of, all things considered, and I do my level best to advertise this locally owned, family run Pizza Pizza business to as many people as I can to help grow their customer base exponentially!!! I am very grateful, indeed, to live so conveniently close to this Strandherd Pizza Pizza location, which I frequent often!!!

Your staff littered on our property - which is illegal. And all you say is we will try to get it better? Not even an apology? Awful and a poor reflection of the Pizza Pizza brand.
Ordered pizza/chicken delivery last weekend. Order chicken bites sauced - there was hardly any sauce so we called the order number and customer service instructed a new order to be delivered. New order was delivered - 13 year old opened the door - delivery driver proceeded to berate 13 year old saying that if we want sauce, we need to pay for sauce. Commented on the old box (which customer service said to give to driver) that we had eaten almost all of it. After leaving and taking the old box with him, and shaking up our 13 year old, we noticed the next morning that the delivery driver had proceeded to litter on our front garden, dumping the old box, with chicken in it.
We went to visit the store the next day, left our number for the store owner to call us back (and explained the situation to the person at the counter) - it is now 7 days later and no call. A few days later, we emailed head office and I was promised that the regional operations manager would get back to us - well 5 days later, still no call.
The service is beyond awful. I cannot comprehend a delivery driver berating a child and then (illegally) littering on our property. And then the owner/customer service dismiss our complaints/concerns...in what...
Read moreWe had a terrible experience at this location recently. The guy taking the order was extremely rude and clearly didn’t know how to handle customers. We were placing an order for six pizzas, giving them business, but his attitude was completely unprofessional. He seemed annoyed that we were taking a few extra minutes to choose toppings for one pizza. Instead of being patient, he rudely said, “If you want to order six pizzas, you should have ordered online.” When I pointed out that if he didn’t want to take our order, we could go somewhere else, he outright said, “Yes, I don’t want to take your order.”
This is the second time we’ve experienced such rude behavior here. The previous owner, Mehraj, was incredibly nice and made this store a pleasure to visit. We’ve been loyal customers for the past seven years, but it’s clear things have changed for the worse under the current management.
Another issue is that the staff often seem untrained in using the system to take orders properly, and the prices are inconsistent. For example, two weeks ago, they charged $1.70 for the Butter Chicken base, but today it was $2. A price change in just two weeks? That’s surprising and unprofessional, especially when the service is already so bad.
This store used to be our favorite, but with such rude staff and unpredictable pricing, we won’t be coming back. If this continues, they’re going to lose more loyal customers like us.
