Driver/Owner is the most disrespectful experience I have ever had. Driver confronts people for credit applied for mistake they have done. He was harassing and threatening. The worst PIZZA PIZZA location ever. Head office is aware of this location and will take action soon. We had to file a police report against the driver for threatening my wife and I in front of our two kids. We have it all on video and have provided Ottawa Police with the details. Driver is medium built drives a Toyota Prius. I have filled a BBB complaint, contacted Pizza Pizza feedbacks email and filled a Police Report. Soon I will release the full 1:50 long video online shortly.

Order an XL pizza from here for a boys night and was very quickly reminded why I never order from pizza pizza and haven’t for years. No cheese, barely any sauce even when I ordered extra, and cheap in toppings. Will not be ordering from here again and the guy at the cash was not friendly at all walked away before I even finished paying for the food smh. So many better places in barrhaven/Ottawa to go. Cheap but terrible and not worth it. Spend the extra money and go somewhere else.

I understand these are trying times. We are all worried. I normally pick up my food and not do delivery, but to do my part, I stayed home and paid for delivery. I chose the pay first so that the driver can leave my pizza at my door. This pizza was smooshed and the driver seeing me was already pulling out of my driveway. Yes they will replace my husbands pizza. But now we wait, another 40 minutes for dinner. Hard to want to support local businesses when things like this happen.

Nice selection of pizzas, clean and cozy seating area and good value price. My only issue is the pizza (surprise!). I ordered the slices for dine in and it looks like they have been prepared way too early (I came in at 8:30pm) and I can tell from the crust that its been sitting for quite a while. Simply reheating didn’t make it better. I hope there is a way for fresher pizza.
