Served at 1145am by a rude server.
I greeted the server in a nice way and only to be responded with a dull Hello. We were asking questions about the tea and she seemed visibly annoyed that she had to answer us. She actually mentioned that we were confusing her. We were just asking questions because we didn't know what we wanted to order. When I asked her what she usually likes to order, she goes well. Our house special is this and then we said we'll take that and then again visibly annoyed. Well, do you want toppings? What else can I get for you on that? Very very impatient. Read moreIt was Fri Oct 24th at 16:00, I requested real fruit mango without sugar, the service person rudely stated that according to company policy they don't serve real fruit without sugar. Is that true? Isn't that discrimination against people with diabetes or people who just don't want to have sugar in their drinks? why you can't have no sugar options? So either Change your name to sugar fruit and teach your workers some customer service, or give the client choice not to force sugar in their drinks. This service has zero common sense, that they can't serve real fruit without adding sugar. Can you please post explicitly this company policy, or Mr Ashton was making it...
