Shenkman Arts Centre — Attraction in Ottawa

We recently wanted to surprise our two kids with their first outing after a long two years, to see their favourite little teen pop band. We purchased the tickets on Sunday, were so excited but woke up on Monday to our eldest sick, followed by the entire family. I wrote immediately on Monday to the Centre to request a refund or credit for future show, after three days I was advised they would not provide either and recommended I pass along our $89 to friends or family. Trying to buy tickets for Nobuntu at the Meridian theatre but do not want continue because the Paciolan app tells me I already have an account (I don't with Paciolan but have bought shenkman tickets online previously with a different app) & when I tried to reset my password I received an email that my gmail marked "This message seems dangerous Similar messages were used to steal people's personal information. Avoid clicking links, downloading attachments, or replying with personal information."
