Ive been going here for YEARS and always came back because of the customer service and quality. That will change because of a disappointing experience at the drive thru on Monday, June 30 between 1-2pm. As I don’t recall the name of the person who was working, they were very confronting about me wanting to use my rewards for my order. I was genuinely excited to use them because I’ve been saving them for my post graduation treat. How it works: you have to scan your rewards/payment on your phone to bring up an account, otherwise you can’t use ur rewards nor pay with the card on account. At that time, I scanned my rewards/account and the person said “there’s 0 balance on your card” and I said “I would like to use my rewards please” and next thing you know it was a big issue. The huffing and puffing began from the worker and then they said (so rudely) “next time, if you want to use your rewards SAY you want to use them right away”. I kind of paused after this because they previously scanned my card, didn’t say anything and quickly went right to payment option instead of asking me how I would like to pay (spend my rewards) like they would normally say.
Then I received my drink in the wrong size I KNOW I didn’t ask for. I know what I said in the drive thru loud and clear. Then I was told by the person working rudely “that’s what you asked for” which at that point baffled me because nor did they want to correct themselves and do anything about it, but instead they walked away from the drive thru kiosk right after that interaction. My partner and I just were so confused because we both heard me say my order size and were really surprised by this response. The right thing to do would be “oh I apologize, we can fix that”. So there I was, holding my drink in the wrong size that I didn’t ask for, received POOR customer service and the only good thing was the sandwich I ordered along with. I won’t be spending my $ here again and most certainly not my 500+ stars rewards because those they seem to be...

We go to this place a lot now and the service when we've gone is overall good and the staff we've met are friendly and our orders have been accurate - even over the years. The store is clean, and good atmosphere overall, though it is a smaller location and can fill up at busy times. What can you do with such a small location?!
Depending on the time of day, the wait can be longer as it is a smaller location and there are not really any other locations to go to. It would seem to me it can be super busy. So it is understandable to me on wait times occasionally as some other reviews mentioned. The parking and drive thru can be kind of awkward just because of the location. Tighter for larger vehicles. Good planning will make your life easier.
Nice bonus recently c. April 2 , 2025 - a staff member with some art talent drew some fun designs on my wife's cup. Not sure everyone would love that, but we love it. Being a designer myself, I took the liberty of coloring it in Corel Draw....

I was asking one of the staff how to work an item I was looking to purchase, and while both of us were having a hard time figuring out how to use it he went to ask a second staff member. That second staff member came from behind the busy counter to help and show me, in the process I dropped my sandwich i just purchased all over the ground. To which this second staff, without missing a beat says "Let me throw that one out for you and replace you with a new one"... Both of you were lovely and patience with me when I was having a nervous day and took time out of your very busy morning to help. Thank you VERY VERY much for making my anxious day better!!
