This is the second bad experience in a Starbucks in less than 24 hours! I thought paying crazy prices for a coffee would at least bring me a joy on been well served but I was wrong. Last night, I waited at least 15 minutes for a simple Frappuccino with 3 people order in front of me. Extremely under staffed with 2 people working. Just know happened the completely opposite. Me and my family went to this Starbucks, a lot of staff inside. I had 2 thermo cups I wanted to bring to my friends, my dad asking for a coffee, my wife, sister and son asking for Frappuccino, and inside, 2 staff making orders, and 2 cashiers talking to a girl who looked a former employee, no customers in front of us and we were there in front of the cashier for at least 10 minutes without anybody saying anything to us but passing back and forth with things from the back room. No costumers were waiting drinks, it was just us standing in there. After this time, we decided to go and all staff looked at us but do you think they said anything? Well, I already had my concerns on if I should keep coming back to Starbucks but I guess I just found my reasons to...
Read moreWould give no stars if I could. Went to order five drinks and asked for three of them to be without ice and the other two to be with light ice. No issues with the ones that were light ice and one of the ones without ice. The other two without ice were only two thirds full! After talking to a supervisor, they claimed this was the “standard” because the ice is what adds the volume, and they were not going to correct this issue and fill the cups up. Explained to them that I have never had this issue before at other locations when I usually ask for my drinks this way. The supervisor only responded with the other locations are not following standards/policy. What is the exact policy when asking for a drink without ice? And, why aren’t customers being informed that their cup won’t be filled all the way like they expected/paid for? Ended up cancelling the order, and getting a refund. This experience has left such a sour taste, and I definitely will not be going back to this location and will go to a location that does not rip off...
Read moreI recently visited the Starbucks location at Prince of Wales and was extremely disappointed by the behavior of the employees. The atmosphere was more like a high school cafeteria than a coffee shop. The employees were telling jokes to each other and laughing loudly, which made it difficult to concentrate or enjoy my coffee. Additionally, this behavior caused other customers to leave the store.
I understand that employees need to have a positive work environment, but this behavior was unacceptable. It created a disruptive and unprofessional atmosphere, and it made me and other customers feel uncomfortable. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of respect and professionalism from the employees. Unfortunately, this was not the case at this Starbucks location.
I hope that this issue is addressed so that other customers do not have the same negative experience. Thank you for taking the time to read...
