Subway — Restaurant in Ottawa

Today i had the worst experience in subway. I am a regular here. Me and my boyfriend wanted 2 chicken teriyaki rice bowl for supper. And the lady told me no. I was in shock. I wanted to make sure i heard her correctly. I reply by saying what? Because i can see the chicken and the rice in front of me. She then proceed to yell at me saying that theres not enough rice for 2 peoples. I look down again and i can clearly see that there was enough rice for 2. But i decided to just grabbed one. And she was really rude when i told her i wanted one. When making rice bowl its one spoon of rice. She gave me 3 spoon of it. She just lost money because she didnt want to make 2. When it came to the veggies she was again really rude. Everytime i was saying a veggies she rudly process by saying then and then and then... I almost told her to leave the food there. I never had this experience here. And i will not be coming back there if...

More in depth...The place is very clean, and has recently been remodeled. Most of the time when I go in, the store's owner is behind the counter serving up subs, but no matter who is behind the counter, they are always friendly and helpful. For some reason, their sub's bread tastes better than at other locations. The food is not cross-contaminated, ie. there is no olives in the onions, lettuce in the cheese, which is something I see frequently at other locations. Very unsanitary, the lady working did not change her gloves once, touched the computer screen, then paper, than the machines , and then proceeded to touch all the food in the bins to make another sandwich. I had to tell her to change her gloves. She then took my payment , touched the screen again, and went to go grab my wrap from the panini press, all with the same gloves, had to remind her again to change her gloves because she was just going to dump her hands right back into the food containers again.
