The service here is absolutely awful. You always have to wait a long time in the drive through or in the store to get your drink. I started using the app so I could order before getting to the store so when I get there my drink is ready. According to the app, the drinks should be ready in 5-10 minutes. A few weeks ago I was waiting 30 minutes inside for my drink, I said something and they said it will be coming shortly. Everyone that went in to order while I was waiting for my drink got their drinks before me. They finally noticed that the machine wasn't printing the labels. We waited 40 minutes for 2 frapps. Yesterday I ordered again from the app, went inside after it had been 10 minutes, my drink wasn't ready. I waited, after 20 minutes I said something, they told me it will be coming shortly.. As the usual, everyone that arrived there after me got their drinks before me. Waited another 5 minutes and then asked for a refund. If someone is asking about their order, instead of telling them its coming right up maybe serve them immediately especially that they mentioned its been 20 minutes that they have been waiting for one drink. It is truly ridiculous having to wait 30-40 minutes for a Frappuccino. Read moreI have been here before. A typical Starbucks with a large selection of hot and cold drinks, sandwiches, and treats. I love the drinks and food, but today I was in and out for a regular coffee.
Usually, my rating would be 5 stars.
Why 1 star today? In the enclosed food showcase, there were what looked like fat fruit flies flying around the food. Disgusting! I hope that someone cleans this up soon.
Something else that I don't like is the menu board. All prices for the drinks were for the Grande size which is the third largest of 4 sizes available. So there are four sizes and prices for every drink offered. If you want to know the prices, you have to ask for every size offered instead of looking at the menu board. This will take forever if you don't know what you want or especially how much you are willing to spend. My thought was WOW, every drink (Grande size) is $5.99!? Since I have not been to Starbucks in along time, my first thought was that prices have definitely increased. Then I asked, and had the employee explain to me the sizes, and general prices available. Read more2 female employees came in while eating outdoor food and were talking to and distracting the baristas and other people working. Even another employee finished their shift and went to join the other girls that were talking loud and laughing and yelling. Then another employee before starting their shift decided to stop and talk adding more people to the group. Since they were all employees not working they were constantly walking up to the bar, sharing drinks (getting employees that are working to try drinks) and were constantly causing noise. Employees working were also constantly walking up to the group and adding more commotion. Extremely distracting and not good environment to get work done. Do not recommend unless recommending to have a rule saying for non-working employees, they cannot distract the working people nor talk to them nor call them over...
