My boyfriend picked me up a Starbucks on his way home. He asked for a grande dragonfruit mango refresher with extra fruit, light ice, with half green tea and half lemonade. He had no idea what it's supposed to look like so instead he brought home the drink on the left of the photo which is evidently just greentea and lemonade... the starbucks staff completely ripped him off. I can even see on the cup it says extra fruit (X fruit) but the staff who made it put no fruit in or even the syrup. Honestly worst part is he brought this home and we live in sandy hill so no way go head back. I went and picked up one at the local Starbucks and this is what it's supposed to look like (The right). Seriously who would make just green tea and lemonade and think someone wanted to pay 7$ for that đ absolutely not okay as we had to bite the cost on this. Starbucks needs to train their staff better because this...
Read moreThe line was not very long when we were there, but the customer service was not great at all. My friend ordered a caramel machiato frappucinno, which in retrospect wasn't the accurate title for it, and she meant just the frappucino. It was an honest mistake, just miscommunication, but when my friend thought she was supposed to have a frappucino, the barista stared at her as if my friend was crazy. They refused to amend or attempt to mend the situation. Then the barista just pushed the wrong drink to my friend without any word until my friend had no choice but just to take it. As we walked away, the cup was leaking too. All around bad customer service and professionalism. Go to the MacOdrum...

However, you can still pay with your app. Whatever you buy with your card will still get stars, but it will not register as certain items for the promotional offers. For example, if the app was doing a deal where youâd get extra stars by buying Teavana tea, youâll still get the stars for the actual purchase, but it will not contribute to the bonus stars. I find the wait a bit long here. They usually make the drinks correctly though. Compared to Tim Hortons downstairs, itâs a shorter line but more expensive. I may be wrong, but I think each item may be a few cents more than the Starbucks in other parts...
