Came to this subway over 3 weeks ago, they had no dressings, no chip flavours and barely any toppings. I thought maybe it was just a one time thing, and I felt bad for the workers.
I came today and it was even WORSE. no pickles NO CHIPS (only had around 5 bags of dill pickle miss vickeys) no bags to carry my sub in -no green pepper barely a selection of cheese -spinach looked weeks old NO POP and to top it off they gave me TIM HORTON NAPKINS!!! (Proof in photo)
The workers are either very new, or poorly trained, which isn’t their fault. When I ordered my sub, the worker went and grabbed it and GASPED, then whispered to both of her employees. I have 0 idea why she gasped (unprofessional) and then proceeded to whisper in both of her co-workers ears… as the costumers in line awkwardly stood there. Was she in shock that she actually found my bread?!?!

Read moreThey were overcharging me $2.50 for a sandwich, I pointed it out to two different staff and they wouldn't change it, eventually the manager came and immediately agreed that I was being overcharged and that the price should be decreased. Guy changed the price at the cash and I paid by tap. Saw later on my bill that he had INCREASED the charge by another $2.50. So I paid $5 extra for a basic, build-your-own sandwich with no add ons.
