I know that drive thru customers are more important because the workers get penalized for long drive times, but I don't love getting ignored just because I came to front of house. Even a simple "just a moment" would be better. When I finally was noticed the lady asked for my order and then walked away to take a drive thru order just as I opened my mouth. When she came back I re-ordered, one of each savory pastry and 2 donuts. She gave me one pastry and the donuts. When she noticed me still waiting I explained I'd asked for two pastries so she gave me a second one of the same flavour. At that point I was done trying to get what I wanted so I left. I was looking forward to the herb and Garlic, but only got the jalapeno. This was underbaked and cold (she hadn't offered to warm it up) giving the "cheese" a slimy texture. Gross. I don't know what to say except that you shouldn't ask for someone's order if you're not actually...
Read moreI came here a couple of times. The first time it felt like only one person was working there were three cars a head of me on the drive through and it took about 12 mins to get to the window. They hadn't even started my order until I got to the front.
Another time, still a bit of a delay in getting my food. I pulled up the person handed me a drink I opened it since they have a history of getting orders wrong and yup not my drink. Once I opened it the person realized it was the wrong order and asked me what my order was and made a new drink. Again took time.
Another time,I got oat milk. I think it had gone bad because after drinking that I had the roughest toilet times for the rest of the day and couldn't eat much. So now I just ask them to check. I do recall there being cuddled blobs in my drink. But then again can't be perfect at everything. Still a good Timmys close to Carling. Will come...
Read moreI placed an order ahead of time, arrived at the store, and was surprised to find they hadn’t even started it — no apology, no acknowledgment. They only began preparing it once I showed up. While I was still standing there (and talking to two other customers), they handed me the bag like everything was fine.
When I got home, I realized part of my order was completely missing. No one told me they were out of anything or offered to replace it. It wasn’t about the money — it was the complete lack of care and respect. If you're going to ignore mobile orders and then hand off incomplete ones without saying a word, why offer the service at all?
I already contacted customer service, but because the stores are independently owned, they said there's nothing they can do. Honestly, I just want this location to do better — treat your customers with some basic honesty...
