I have been coming here regularly, for after work coffee and snacks, and unfortunately, in recent times the iced-capps served here have become more a kin to cold coffee than the semi-frozen delight of times past. These days, I reminisce of that cold delight as I walk to Starbucks, and dream of a day where I can return to ordering iced Capps from this particular Tim Hortons.

Starting with the positives the iced capp is actually served iced, unfortunately that's where the positives end, it has become a gamble if we get too much cream or no cream at all.
Moving onto the food today I ordered a sausage bagel belt and got bacon sausage lettuce and tomato, when I returned to the store they confirmed that they do have eggs but the staff making the food is simply incompetent. 👌
Why bother refacing the location if you're going to keep the same staff that are rude and simply don't care about the services they are meant to be providing.
This location is a shame. I have wanted to try the tim hortons pizza but with the terrible quality I know this tims would lead me to disliking it.
Be better, or close and let a different coffee store take over.

It's very simple and how do you not put sauce in the sandwich? You are either not paying attention to the order or you're too stupid to understand how to make a sandwich. Read moreAround 3:25pm today, I ordered 3 medium Ice capaccinos and 1 medium black coffee, and 1 medium Hot chocolate. When she read my order back to me, she said "Iced coffee" I corrected her and tolder no, "I said cappaccino, not coffee"
So she made a hot cappaccino instead of an iced-cappaccino like I ordered. I noticed the container she was using to make the iced cappaccino was for coffees, I asked her, "What is this?" She said, "a cappaccino" I told her that I asked for an Iced cappaccino. She argued with me and she told me, " Okay, I'll make it, but don't lie"
Then I got upset, and told her "I'm not lying, and it's not polite to say that to your customer."
I asked to see the manager. And the manager was even worse. The manager told me, "If you're not happy with the service here, don't come" I told her that I will file a complaint about this. She told me there is a code for the location. After this I took our order, and left.
I am extremely unhappy with the service I recieved today. I request a written apology from the manager or whichever authority will correct this behaviour.
