Being inside a mall, there wasn't a lot of comfort in terms of seating.
Regarding the food, this was the most poorly made sub I've ever had. Not that it tasted bad; it was mostly fine. But the toppings were super skimpy, all the way down to the marinara sauce. I did notice that the spinach looked like it had freezer burn; it was a dark green and super soggy.
Communicating with the worker was next to impossible since he didn't know much English. For example, I asked for more meatball sauce, and his response was "Pepperoni." Uh... ok... And also, I waited quite a long time for him to make the 2 subs that I ordered through the app. He literally kept checking back and forth with the receipt for each and every ingredient. I made absolutely no big deal about it since I wasn't in a hurry, but I'm sure other people with less patience will easily...

My visit to this establishment left much to be desired, particularly due to an encounter with a young employee, a woman who appeared to have a heavy makeup application. Unfortunately, her conduct was less than professional; she exhibited rudeness towards a customer who was placing an order ahead of me. What was even more surprising was her decision to involve law enforcement after this customer expressed concerns about the subpar quality of the food, an issue that, I must say, seems to be a recurring problem at this particular location. As a result of this negative experience, I have decided not to patronize this establishment again in the future.

Read moreI had a terrible experience at the Subway inside Carlingwood Mall. I placed an order through their app and showed up with the confirmation and proof of payment from my bank, but the staff insisted they hadn’t received the order. Despite clear evidence, they continued to deny it.
When I asked to speak to the manager, she was extremely disrespectful, called me a liar, and even threatened to call security. The level of rudeness and hostility from both the staff and the manager was appalling.
