I came in in this location shared by Wendy's and Tim Hortons and I find this location between both of them very filthy and disgusting as I was sitting with a bunch of people try to enjoy the mill I did see multiple fruit flies from one side Tim Hortons and the other side from Wendy's meaning one thing there is something rotten and dying that produce fruit flies how disgusting can it be I find the floors are dirty on both sides and also people leave their garbage on the floor so I cannot tell which side is the most filthiest butt who takes care of boat restaurants on one side or the other side it left me sour taste in my mouth and I would not would want anybody else to be experiencing this feeling where is the person who's of making sure. Dozen this happen the expector should go and do his job and notice there is a problem in this location for both restaurants but who is to blame I have no idea but I will let anybody know if you see fruit flies around your food you may ask yourself where is it coming from because on this evening I Musta killed two of them and my other friends killed five of them so don't know why this is happening but should be happening when you going into a restaurant and when it's attached to another restaurant you just don't know who to blame hopefully the food expection person will be able to resolve this fruit Fest station in this location on both sides I feel like walking in a dump restaurant that people don't care and customers don't respect the location this is my opinion about what the heck is going on and I don't think very much that's why I give a star I already made a complaint on Wendy's location but I have never made a complaint on Tim Hortons location so what better to point out this location by pointing out the whole area if this happens of seeing fruit flies hopefully you may send your opinion and even actually take pictures to show how...
Read moreMy tea is horrid and the wait for service was excruciatingly long in what was a very short line.
My rating has been revised from 1 star to 2 stars because after my complaint, a service person came to where I was seated with my companion, and delivered another cup of tea. (I had left the other tea at the service counter when I initially complained.) This person who brought my second tea was very polite.
It seems that the slow service at this time for those of us “inside” the establishment was due to insufficient staff to serve both those “outside” at the drive-through window and those few of us waiting in line inside. There was also an issue at the cash which may have been due to a staff person being trained. Because of the wait, the person behind me left. If there had been another coffee shop close by, we would have left. Meanwhile, my companion eventually joined me in line. There were about 5 of us waiting. It was midafternoon; not a busy time of day. My friend and I ordered together. I then sat at our table while my companion waited at the counter for our order to be completed. He waited at least 5 minutes.
I would have forgiven the wait if my tea had been acceptable. I had ordered a small steeped tea with double milk. When the tea burned my mouth (which didn’t help my mood) I removed the lid and saw that the tea was dark and obviously had little milk in it. My companion’s coffee was “fine”, lol.
My use of the word “horrid” to describe my tea was perhaps excessive — the burning heat of it was horrid, but not the tea itself. The tea looked like muddy water, but I might have kept drinking it if the whole experience, which we paid for, hadn’t been...
Read moreI have just returned from the terminal avenue Tim Hortons location this evening around 5:50pm, and had quite a negative experience. I had simply ordered an iced capp and a donut, and I had a 5 dollar gift card that I planned on using. The total came to $5.18, so I let the employee know that I’d be paying the rest on debit, which he claimed was not possible. I recently worked at Tim Hortons for 5 years and I knew it was possible, so I let him know that he could do it. He then gave me major attitude and said he worked there for about 2 years and knew what he was doing. I’m guessing he hasn’t actually worked there very long because you can in fact perform this payment action. I then told him I have no cash so the rest has to be on debit. He then continued to put up a fight over 18 cents. When he finally realized I was right and he could do the payment on debit, instead of apologizing for how he spoke to me, he just walked away. Didn’t hand me my food, didn’t say have a good day- literally nothing. The fact that customer service has gotten to this point disgusts me, especially because I would never talk to a customer that way or treat them like that. I don’t know what changed, but customer service used to be so different around here and now this is the type of...
