I usually have no problems with Wendy's at all and I know how hard it can be to always be on point when serving food as I work at tim hortons. The staff here are incredibly friendly and always accomidating but today I found myself very disappointed in the food itself. Our whole order was a disaster. We ordered a #2 combo, a spicy chicken sandwhich, a spicy asiago sandwich, 3 spicy wraps, a 5 piece nuggets and a large fries through the drive-thru. As it was a big order it was understandable that we were asked to pull ahead and wait a couple minutes in order for them to make enough spicy chicken. They came out, gave us our food and apologized for the wait. Super polite and everything. Before heading home we realized we were missing the fries and a wrap. After going back through drive-thru they fixed our order (they ran out of spicy chicken so we opted for grilled instead) and we headed home. Upon opening everything up we discovered we got 3 spicy chicken sandwhiches instead of what we ordered. At this point we figured it wasn't worth heading back out to get it fixed and since its a good sandwich we decided to just let it slide. Next comes the wraps. When I bit into it I noticed the tortilla was rather stale and a bit on the crunchy side and the lettuce was the gross bits and pieces fast food places usually leave at the bottom of the insert before emptying it and refilling with fresh lettuce. It was brown and soggy and minimal. The fries were also pretty stale and a little on the cold side so they mostly went as a dinner treat to our pup. Window 2 pick up 3 drinks and handed a bag from Kassandra, she said here you go, have a good night. Before I leave I check the bag, missing burger snd fries. This happened a week ago and that time I did not check. I got home and realized I was shorted. I did not go back. This time I checked and told her right away I am missing my burger order. I showed the bag. She says just a minute and I wait at the window. She hands me a bag and says here. Window closes and she leaves. I look in the bag, no fries. I’m waving at them to come back. I said there are no fries . She gives me attitude so I said here take these bags back and give me my money back. I was rudely treated, she had attitude like I did something wrong. I paid for my order and I expect to receive what I paid for. Is that wrong? There was a disaster to get my money back too, I won’t bore with details. Went one weekend around 10:40 am and I wanted breakfast my husband wanted a burger I always thought wendys sold burgers at 10:30 anyways i asked the cashier for a JBC and he didnt understand what i was saying I had to repeat is 3 times before he got another employee to tell me they dont serve burgers this early. I waited so long and the cashier politely asked the guy to make my drinks he just stood there so she started making them in which I didnt know she was i asked for my money back because it took so long the guy raised his voice and me and said what do you expect me to do with this food he refused my money back.
