Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Penetanguishene

I went to this location on Main St. My last experience it was horrible, I was over charged and chinched on portions. I simply chalked it up to it being newly opened at that time. How wrong was I? Lemme tell'ya, there is no posted prices on line, so I went there. The bumbling fellow at the counter could neither understand a lack of English, he couldn't speak it either.....coming from 40 years in Brampton, fair to say I understand the accent easily, not outta this guy. That wasn't the problem, what was, was the whole guess the price game. Printed wall board, no prices, menu paper no prices and no clue outta buddy, just a bunch of stumbling and bumbling. I felt like I was being hoodwinked and needed to shower after the slippery experience. I'm sworn off Pizza Hut.....thousands of people out of work and this is the best you got? Really? Post your prices, what is wrong with knowing cost before ordering, what is that nonsense? I will tell you, these guys will rob you and call it a misunderstanding. No misunderstanding other than the person who felt no pricing is good, half wit. Thanks for making it easy to decide where not to go. I look forward to what will fill the space when the hut...

For starters I am super thrilled that I no longer have to go out of the way to pick up my favourite pizza cause it’s only 3 minutes away! The service is excellent! Staff & management are fantastic and I truly felt that small town charm-like atmosphere that you don’t usually get from your typical pizza joint. I am so impressed with the quality of the food as well. My daughter had a after school thing I was waiting for her to finish up, so when we got home it was about an hour after I picked up my order before we got to eat and it was still warm enough I didn’t have to reheat and crisp! I’m not going to even mention the Cinnabon mini rolls because they’re dangerously delicious and my new dirty little secret! 😉

They are located in a quaint little spot right on Main Street in penetanguishene. They also have tables to sit if you are looking for a cool place indoors to take a nice lunch break while you’re checking out all our local shops this summer!

Third time in a row now that I order pizza from this location, and my meal is wrong. For some reason, this location’s staff doesn’t know how to read or something because my extra toppings are ALWAYS getting missed!!! They only ever add the basics, pep and cheese and that’s it. But the extra toppings I order and pay for never get acknowledged. I always try to call the store to let them know they messed up but it’s impossible to get through to them considering the phone is ALWAYS OFF!!!! Once I had to bother the DD person to please have the store call me. I asked them why their phone wasn’t working and they said they had it off because too many calls. I wonder why. Imagine having to go to those lengths. I have attached the screenshots of the amount of times I had to call because the call simply would not go through. I even tried from my partner’s phone and nothing. Seems like it’s time to start going elsewhere for pizza.
