Horrible guest service. Bad enough, that I refuse to go back to this location. Went through the drive through last week to order a few drinks and some timbits. While ordering, I was told that the drive through team had trouble hearing me and asked if I could repeat myself a few times. Once I paid and finally received my order, I realized my timbits were not what I ordered. I politely said the Andrea (the young lady at the window ) that we may have had a miscommunication and I am aware of the trouble the staff had hearing me through the speaker. I then explained the issue with my timbits and before I could finish, another young lady (Tiffany) speaks up from behind Andrea saying, that she heard my order correctly and she gave me exactly what I ordered, buts it's fine, because she'll fix it anyway. This response and level of attitude I received from Tiffany was NOT acceptable. It was completely out of line and should have been handle with better care. She continued to argue that she was right, though I and my geust knew exactly what was ordered. This experience completely put me in a bad space, as I have never been spoeken to like this and ruined the rest of my day. Customer service like I received from Tiffany is a bad look for Tims and will definitely deter people from visiting this location and others. A much appreciated thank you, to Andrea, who went out of her way to apologize after the awkwardly embarrassing...
Read moreIt's okay for the most part but the drive-thru plan bites dirt. It is a split road so-to-speak that partially encircles 2/3 the coffee shop. Parking is inside this area and there are two entrances into this area that you can either park and go in or you can enter the drive-thru route. Ideally, the drive-thru should be entered from the front of the store to file all vehicles in in an orderly fashion however due to the split in the path, people cut in front of you all the time to shorten their own time in the lineup and manage to piss others off. People enter this area on a consistent basis and for the most part seem to have zero consideration for the lineup they just jumped. There is no clear signage to attempt to curb this. The order kiosk for the drive-thru is right before the pick-up window and pretty much silently encourages line jumpers. If the kiosk were to be placed back along the line prior to the road split then if someone jumped the line they wouldn't get to order and have to go through the same route everyone has to make. The worst people for doing this are tourists who we love to have here but when this is pointed out to them (even nicely) their overall city attitude of entitlement takes over and they become the drive-thru guru which pisses the rest of us off. Fix this Tim Hortons! Your local people simply hate it when we get sidelined for crappy attitudes and...
Read moreNever consistent. I will get the exact same coffee or drink several times, and it will never be the same. Sometimes good, sometimes bad... I find the drive through is always slow, and the general service is OK. I've gotten terrible service a few times, had the girl give me attitude over the speaker because I asked her what donuts they had left because the one I had originally asked for, they didn't have... Was incredibly rude because how dare I make her list off all of the donuts they have at the moment? And the food is always a hit and miss. I've gotten burnt food, and my "Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap" had no bacon on it at all... And didn't even taste like ranch as a matter of fact. If I had to choose, I would Definitely go to a different Timmies (the one in Midland on Hwy 12 is my personal favourite), but due to the fact that this Timmies is normally the closest, I do go there quite a bit. I hope they improve for...
