Rude Behavior of Staff at Restaurant

Description of Incident:
On [15/08/2025] at [12:35], I visited [Mhcho Burrito, Penticton] for Skip the dishes order . Unfortunately, the staff's behavior was rude and unacceptable. Here's a detailed account of what happened:
When I told my order, the staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive. When I asked for my order request ,the staff member rolled their eyes and muttered under their breath. The staff took an excessive amount of time to deliver my food, and when I politely inquired about the delay, I was met with a dismissive tone. After 25 minutes waiting time I asked for my order, Lovejeet staff member , He said wait 5 more minutes, already I waited for 20 minutes food arrived. Lovejeet asked me “you better not visit again for delivery order here” . I never got this kind of words from anywhere else .
Impact of the Incident:
The rude behaviour of the staff significantly impacted my deliveries experience. I felt disrespected and unvalued as a customer. The incident left a negative impression of the restaurant, and I would think twice before returning.
Recommendations:
To improve the customer experience, I would recommend that the restaurant:
Provides customer service training to staff members to ensure they understand the importance of respectful communication and empathy. Implements a system to monitor and address customer complaints in a timely and effective manner. Holds staff members accountable for their behavior and provides consequences for unprofessional conduct.

Read moreI ordered a burrito, iced tea and churros today while at work for my lunch. my skip the dishes delivery driver ended up showing up and forgot the iced tea and churros, so he went back to grab them and of course, still forgot the churros. He was reluctant to go back to the store again to fix his mistake and he even tried to talk me into getting a refund on skip the dishes. After half an hour after the first delivery of my burrito, the amazing staff at mucho burrito sent one of their own staff members to drop it off since I guess the delivery driver didn't care enough to correct his mistake. The staff member was super sweet and apologetic (even though it wasnt his fault in the slightest), making sure the rest of my order was correct :) I'm very grateful for the staff members for going out of their way to help fix a situation that shouldn't have been their problem. Read moreThese guy used to be great and for past couple years we always order from them however this time i order online 2bowl and one of them was double meat which u would barley see any meat in it and the other one had lots of un clean lettuce which i believe the lady who just chopped and add on it did not bother to wash the lettuce so we pretty much couldnot eat the one with dirty lettuce. In addition , i ordered online and i had to go there and wait for 30min to my order gets ready and they were even busy so the problem was they had to make every single item of my order at that moment like they had to chopped the lettuce or fried the vegetables at that moment and because they rushed to make it ready they didn’t wash the lettuce or fried the vegetable properly so i think it was the last time for us to get food from them .
