Burger King — Restaurant in Penticton

Ill never go back. While I was waiting to order a man brought back 5 out of 6 burger that were wrong. A lady came in from drive thru with a wrong burger. Then it was my turn to order . Placed my order and he hit to tap button for payment while I had a 50 dollar bill in my hand. When he returned he said oh money.... so after trying to get correct change he handed me my change and closed the till. I said excuse me I didn't get tenought change . I ws short 10 dollars. After he looked at the recipt for at least a minute he said ok ill get your 10 dollars. So I waited while he helped other staff place orders on the counter. He finally opened the till and gave me 10 bucks. When I sat down to eat I opened my burger . Itbws greasy and next to nothing for condiments. Grossest whopper I ever ate . Ill drive to kekowna next time I have a hankering for a whopper . Bad bad bad . Not Impressed at...

We were rushed through the ordering process in drive thru, even though we were the only car. We waited longer for one of our meals because the patty was ordered well done. Because it took so long I was confident it would be done right. We got to the house, and the 3 other orders were fine. The one we happily waited longer for? The lettuce was partially brown, and the patty was gray. Definitely NOT well done. It was was -16° last night so instead if driving back, I called. No answer. So I tried again an hour later and that time I left a kind, detailed message asking for a return call as I would like it replaced. It has now been well over 24 hours, and no response. This is not good customer service at all. I hope they'll answer the phone when I try one more time in...

This location is a complete joke and needs a complete review by corporate.After $30.00 for lunch received my order Cold.Ordered one of there sandwiches that is completely not what’s advertised I think they borrowed the fish from McDonalds cause it’s the same garbage they sell.Looking at the reviews on here there is no doubt this location has some serious problems.Garbage product they sell to there customers.And that’s exactly what I did with my order put it in the trash were it belongs!! called there store and received a voicemail with no call back.Probably understandable because no one in there would understand what your saying anyways.Avoid this location...
