Quesada Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in Petawawa

Positive: The owner is wonderful. Very sweet lady. Food is mostly great. Very clean store. Fast service.

Negative: You have to literally argue and fight with the staff to get certain kinds of sauce on your food order. For example they refuse to put halbanaro sauce on quasidillas for some reason. The quality of their (spicy) chicken really dropped, very low quality. Sometimes they would "add too much" of something (e.g chicken in a taco) so they would scoop it out and back into the pile-a little too much penny pinching.

the service is horrible. The guy who was working at 1 pm today Thinks customers are stupid and he's very smart every scoop he picked he picked the full scoop and only dumped half the scoop and my meal. Their regular portions of cheese are 3/4 of a scoop, not a full scoop. I literally have two leaves of cilantro and one of my tacos. They're refried beans are so watery. It's like their watering it down to get more out of it. Bottom line. Never going to this location again. It's a rip-off. There's literally a puddle of water in my tacos. I wish I could take a...

Absolutely love this place. Their guacamole is literally the best I have ever had, and I have had many. I believe in good quality food served at a great price point with good portion, and excellent customer service. This place checks all these boxes. Some days I go in super hungry, and get the big ass burrito, and I still struggle to eat it all. The owners and the staff are so friendly, and always exceed my expectations. This place definitely lives up to the hype....
