LAW & ORDERS PETAWAWA — Restaurant in Petawawa

Ordered $160 of food tonight at 541pm. Order was accepted at 542pm and delivery was supposed to be 20-40 minutes. We live 5 minutes from the restaurant. After contacting customer support with DoorDash, we finally received our food at 735pm. Our entire order was wrong. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers, one was supposed to be only ketchup, cheese and bacon. Had everything on it, including onions, tomatoes and lettuce. The other burger wasn't even cooked. It was raw in the middle. We ordered 2 chicken burgers, one was the thunder crunch chicken burger with only lettuce and bacon on it. We got it with hot sauce, tomatoes and everything else. They gave us a regular chicken sandwich with only bacon on it, which wasn't even part of our order. We ordered 2 poutines, one was supposed to have the gravy on the side and neither of them did. Our fries, onion rings and gravy were cold. The poutines were cold. We were missing 2 soft drinks. Our delivery driver said he had to go back into the restaurant 4 times and kept being told "10 more minutes". Almost 2 hours waiting for our food and none of it came hot or even made correctly. Extremely disappointed with this and will not be ordering...

I want to tell you about the best hamburger I've had in years - possibly ever.

This is the barnyard burger - beef, chicken, bacon, cheese - and it was beyond-description good.

Normally when you get a fully loaded burger you're left wondering just how you're supposed to actually eat it, but they've got the balance of heft and hand-heldness down to an actual science.

It is incredibly easy to mess up a chicken burger, if we're being honest. Usually they're just kind of dry and fairly bland, but this one? Not a chance. Juicy, tasty, and adding an awesome crunch and balance against the cheese and beef.

Do yourself a favour and stop in anywhere you see their sign (it was the owner of the chain that served me mine in Petawawa, so he's around and knows how to make sure his staff knows exactly what they're doing. you will...

I was missing my drink and fries from my combo and when I called I was told the system is making errors and didn't charge the combo. Okay I understand but I still ordered and paid for root beer which is still not with my order and they said I didn't get a combo so they didn't add the drink and that I didn't pay for a rootbeer. The staff I spoke to were very rude and made me feel like it is my fault that the system glitches and still didn't get what I paid for as the root beer is on my receipt. As my teen was eating his burger he found a hair in his toppings and so did my husband so none of us wanted to continue eating. This was what $60 got us. Soggy fries, soggy onion rings, 3 burgers(two with hair) and 2 small gravy that all went to my compost bin. I definitely will not...
