Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Petawawa

The owner is rude and cheap she treats employees like dirt and they bust their backs working for her. She walks around with her nose in the air and a rude look on her face she thinks she is better then everyone else because she has money. There is not a lot of jobs available around the area so she can get away with treating her employees like this. The restaurant is dirty to you do not see where they do the baking the vent over top of where they bake are disgusting and this dirt falls on the food. The utensils are old and scratched very bad, half the time there is food stuck to them as well as the dishes because the owner is to cheap to pay someone to wash them properly or to buy new ones. It is a sweatshop and I feel sorry that the employees have to deal with such a rude owner. She should be more grateful that her employees work so hard and are so polite dealing with customers because if they had her people skills no one would come into the store. The only reason why I give the store 5 stars is because of the staff they make this store and they all deserve raises but it will never happen because the owner...

I went to this Tim’s at 6pm tonight. Not the first time my order has had an issue. My first initial visit a month ago I asked for an everything bagel toasted plain cream cheese and I got an everything bagel that was cold (not toasted) with cream cheese. It didn’t even feel slightly warmed. Today I asked for the same thing with a small peach quencher. The bagel tasted like they put chemical cleaner in it, my tongue began to feel numb immediately after one bite. I had to throw the whole thing away, such a waste of time, money, and food. On top of my peach quencher having weird crumbs at the bottom Of it. I know they have the pressure of drive thru times but it’s not an excuse to cut corners and potentially position customers. I won’t be back here as they don’t know how to handle food with proper care. If I could give no stars I would. Hi I went to this location at 515pm to get your special for 8.99. Before i order i asked the guy what side and drink are the options, he said anything, so I ordered the flat bread pizza (bacon everything) the garlic cheese bread and the orange tangerine drink. The total went from 8.99 to 14.99. What. The supervisor came over looked at the order and said she didn't know why it was 14.99. She said they get no info just the advertising. What poor customer service. Two workers and supervisor knew nothing. This is the second time I have gone for the advertise special and again walked out. What a sad operation of a business.
