Encountered an unpleasant experience during our visit—my husband discovered a hair in his scrambled eggs, and to my dismay, I found an eyelash in mine.

The waitress' response, a nonchalant "well, it's not mine," didn't quite address our concerns.

Upon settling the bill, the waitress discreetly informed me that she wouldn't charge for the chocolate milk I ordered, seemingly attempting to make amends.

I took my parents for brunch here and thought hey this might be decent. My mom is a hole in the wall restaurant lover and my dad likes to support local businesses. So why not try somewhere new? Bad idea. Our eggs were undercooked, most of the plate was just plane bland and the bacon was way too salty. The only really good part was the sausage.
