It was a bad choice made to go try this joint for pizza today. There were three staff working total on a Friday night. 2 men making pizza, 1 at the cashier. The man at cashier often went to help the other two and make fries, leaving a massive lineup that didnt move for more than 30 mins. We were promised 20 mins to get 2 pizzas we orders on our table. It took almost 1 hour. The condiments we ordered parnigiana, dipping sauce and chili flakes never came with the Pizza despite I have ordered them. I went back to ask the cahier, he was not to be seen for almost 15 mins, with the line getting longer. So I returned back to my table to eat the bland pizzas before they got cold. Everyone lined up and waiting for food on tables were frustrated. Not even paper plates were provided, despite my request. The cashier could not speak English too well, or his accent was very very thick that it took me a while to understand as he kept asking what I wanted to order and had to correct the order at least twice. I believe rhe staff was 100% Punjabi Indian students. The whole dining area was dark, most light were turned off or burned out. Rhe tables were not cleanes as there were spilled salt and some other crud on the tabe surface that I had to clean myself. This joint is extremely poorly managed. Perhaps that is how they manage restaurants in where they come from, but definitely not upto Canadian fast food outlet standards. I would highly recomment acity health official vosit this place for fod safety check for sanitation and any hazards. Never going back to Pizza Pizza in Peterborough.

Here is my reply to the cookie cutter general reply from store franchise owner: Baded on many, many similar reviews of this extremely badly managed pizza joint, you have more than enough feedback points to improve your store management, service and ambience. The Pizzas were sub standard with both LARGE pizzas has much larger blank edge and waaaay lesser toppings. Check the photos. Your general identical reply to every review is absurd as much as it reflects callous disregard to customer complaints, suggestions to improve. You will never ever have my patronage again. An utter waste of mt friday evening and money....

We online ordered pizzas from Chemong location ,on New Year’s Eve and had a terrible experience. As we always do In the online order we specifically instructed to “ leave the pizzas at the door . Usually drivers ring the doorbell or knock and leave the pizzas at the door . We were expecting the same this time and waited for an hour but pizzas didn’t arrive .Then found out driver gave a call and left the place without knocking or ringing the doorbell or leaving the pizzas. We were all really hungry. Called the driver and he told us he would be back in 5-7 min. Waited for another 30-40 min . No sign of driver or pizzas. Called again. He asked for another 2-3 minutes. It took another 20 minutes and he finally showed up. By then it was close to midnight He said they remade the pizzas fresh and that was the reason he being late. We believed, opened the pizza boxes and guess what !!! the pizzas were not freshly made as he said. It was the earlier made pizzas. This didn’t end there. My sleepy little daughter took a bite from her pizza and realized it was the wrong meat. She started puking. Terrible and disappointing experience. Then another hour wait to replace the messed up pizza. Nothing more to say. It might not make any difference, but pizza pizza Chemong location...
