Towerhill location, we haven’t ordered/eaten here in 2 years. Decided to order online to save time.. not. The restaurant was busy, I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for many years so I understand why there was a longer wait time than usual however, there were multiple customers in the pickup/takeout side of the building who had the same issue & were getting upset at the fact that ordering online was supposed to save wait time. Upon entering, I personally had waited 15 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge that I was there. Even so, my order had been placed at 6:15 and it was 6:50 when we arrived to pick it up. After waiting the extra 15 minutes to be seen, our order was still not ready. We ordered 5 meals, paying $100 and got ridiculously small portions. When I say small, I counted 20 romaine pieces in my side caesar salad. I get it, inflation is happening so prices have gone up but seriously Swiss Chalet? 1 meal wasn’t even enough for a toddler. Unfortunately we have decided that we will not to return to Swiss Chalet and we WILL be passing this information along to our friends/family. Such a disappointment, Swiss Chalet used to be a great place to eat/get...

And will never eat here again. Not a busy night few customers Waitress seem she was in a hurry and not very friendly
Ordered two dinners roast beef and chicken and shrimp.
Beef was cold and dry, tasted like hospital food ask for no vegetables and no horseradish and gravy. Didn’t offer anything else in replacement for vegs.
Received horseradish no gravy , by the time I received my gravy beef and potatoes were really cold.
No presentation , hospital food would look better on the plate.
Waitress in a hurry dropping stuff all over the floor never bother to pick it up even though she walked by it serveral times. When she checked on us she made attempt for a connection .. not even a friendly fake smile she didn’t even make eye contact.
Another waitress serving other tables was way better with her customers .. only wish we had her.
Would not recommend it’s probably why half the lights bulbs are out so you can’t really see how bad the food is here.
Management need to step up here this staff needs some serious training...

Servers: The lady at the entrance was not as friendly as we expected (we went on a Friday night at around 7 pm), she looked very young, though, so she's probably still learning. She led us up to our table, and then another server showed up to take our order. She introduced herself as Caroline, and she ended up being excellent at her job (with no exaggeration, she's probably the best waitress we've been served by so far), super friendly and professional. Food: The food was really tasty (we found the portions were a little bit smaller though than the last Swiss Chalet we visited in New Market). I found the ribs to not be as juicy as usual, the salad was okay and the fries were really good, as was the gravy. My children enjoyed their kids menu. Everything was good, we had a very nice family supper time. We'll be sure to come...
