We ordered the Chicken Pad Thai and were given bland noodles in a pool of soupy brown gravy-ish liquid. I would know if it tasted like regular pad Thai sauce or not because there was 100 times more of it then what is supposed to be there. I had four bites of this “soup Thai” and then decided I didn’t want to fill my body with this questionable substance. I then went back to ask them to give my money back because I lost my appetite and had 3 staff members proceed to yell at me that I “ate half of it.” Tell me internet, who in their right mind would eat half of a plate of food that resembles noodles in watered down chocolate pudding. All in all, I got my money refunded, and was happily thrown back my cash onto the table. I do not recommend going to this location of Thai express (I quite enjoy their food normally when it doesn’t resemble something a kid would make.) Closing thoughts? Well, unless you and your friends want to play guess that sauce I do not recommend coming here...

1 star for bad customer service, although I used to love their food. Ordered a tofu pad thai and a pad see ew then my gf wanted to change into beef tomyum fried rice, I waited for him to change the price in pos for the adjustment but he told me to go ahead. When I reconfirmed with him for the beef tomyum fried rice, he told me I order tofu fried rice and the beef tomyum rice would cost extra. I said I didn’t mind the extra and would paid for it that why I waited for him to adjust the price in the pos before I made payment but he told me to go ahead instead. Then he rudely asked me what did I want, told him another time I wanted the beef tomyum rice and again he said I told him tofu fried rice. I didn’t want to argue then just paid for the whole new tomyum frid rice on top of 2 dishes. Ending up having an extra dishes because the cashier didn’t confirmed the ordered when I changed it and blaimed on me for ordering it wrong??

Well, I used to like this place. But after yesterday, not so much. My wife ordered me food from the food court to bring home for me. You wanted her to pay first, which she did. She didn't TIP you because it's an order service, and it's supposed to be like take out. Not a dine-in restaurant, no server, no reason to tip, and we are standing up to order the food. We'll, after she didn't tip you, you made my food like garbage. My wife said you didn't even take 2 min to make it. While the previous customers ordered something similar and it was bountiful. Your place already charges way too much for simple noodles and meat. Never...
