DO NOT RECOMMEND. DO NOT GO HERE. Went here today (November 9, 2024) and got a curry chicken roti. The first bite was filled with bones. Second bite, more bones. There were both slivers and chunks of bone. When I went back to tell the worker and ask for a refund he told me they don't do refunds and that "it's just small slivers". Again I asked for a refund and he said no and offered to remake it, and he ensured me he would pick out all the bones. When my husband tried the new roti the first bites yet again had more bones that were even bigger chunks. I didn't take photos of the first roti, but I did of the second. These were the bones in just the first bite. Saying that "it's just slivers" is unacceptable. This is a wrap, you shouldn't have to worry about bones being in it. I'm now questioning the quality of the meat they used for it to be filled with so many small and large pieces of bones. We just wanted a refund, but now we spent $20 on a completely inedible meal. Wish I read the other reviews first, DO NOT GO HERE.

I ordered the jerk chicken wrap. The flavour of the chicken was okay-but the low quality of the food and prep is significant enough to mention here. I have eaten a lot of jerk food in places like this before, but this definitely needs attention. First, the tortilla was microwaved on the turntable plate which caused it to be burned and crunchy in some places. Inedible. The chicken was left on the warming plate so long that it also burned and was tough. The chicken that was put into the wrap was not prepared or de-boned. It was full of cartilage and bones that I had to pick out of my mouth as I ate it. It was so bad, I ended up deconstructing the wrap and fishing out the bones with a fork. Unfortunately, I dont think I'll be back for a second visit. The other items on the warming trays looked like they have been there all morning and afternoon.

I only write this in the hopes that they can improve their food and service and not go out of business...so 1) Whatever amount of salt you usually put in a curry....double it...then double it again...and that's their food. 2) Their chicken wrap has a lot of tiny bones. Acceptable if it's on a plate cuz you can pick them out before you take a bite. But a wrap...you bite first, get one ripping into your gums ...then you have to pull it out. 3) Service is good when the gentlemen is theri or the younger girl...but the older lady is not enjoying her job. Love Jamaican food...hope they can improve their food and service. Never want to see a business go out of business...because I know the family depend on this for their livelihood.

So I got the ackee and saltfish combo. I was amazed at how little I got. The guy before me got way more of a portion, hense why I went for it. So when I asked for a top up to match the other customer, the lady rejected me and offered me a refund! I offered to pay a few dollars more and it just turned into a useless conversation. I'm guessing I'm not dark skinned, this is a cheap form of discrimination if so. A meal is a meal and should be equal. Spending $25 is the most expensive combo in this food court! If I chose to spend my money there, it should be appreciated.

As for the food, it is delicious. But it's just too bad this will not be my go to place.

As I am writing this review and eating the food, I noticed the volume of fish is extremely minimal. The other customer had a enough ackee and salt fish to cover the rice, as you can see in my picture, it is...
