Terrible terrible customer service! Tonight I went with my younger sister to grab some food where I politely asked for the meal she always gets. They made a mistake and I kindly asked them to change it. The two men started to talk aggressively with me saying that it was my fault and that I was wasting their time to change the meal. They started mocking me and yelling at me because I said I did not like how they were speaking to me. The food is not bad (not the best) but for $15 for takeout teriyaki chicken and rice, the amount of chicken they give you is so so tiny. It's like a tablespoon of meat with lots and lots of rice. I ordered here a few times and in order to actually get enough meat to go with my meal I had to pay $2 extra and they barely give me anything extra. One of my favourite fast food places, I really like it because they cook right in front of you. Typically a chicken or beef or shrimp or combination of the above stir fry with veggies and rice or noodles, you can customize ingredients on request, and adjust sauce quantities so you get what you want.
