Zero Stars! AVOID Philthy Philly's Pickering at All Costs!

I'm still fuming after my disastrous experience at Philthy Philly's Pickering. The food was an absolute abomination, and the customer service was laughable. We ordered 8 pounds of chicken wings, which arrived tasteless, bland, and worst of all, RAW. Yes, you read that right - PINK and undercooked. To add insult to injury, we specifically ordered honey hot wings, but what we got was a flavor profile that seemed to have mustard as the main ingredient. When we brought this to the staff's attention, they even had the audacity to doubt that we had ordered the wings with the correct flavor, as if we didn't know what we ordered.

The real kicker came when we called the store to report our findings. The staff, or rather "Sinthu," put us on hold repeatedly, and when we finally got to speak with her, she seemed completely unbothered by our concerns. We were told that we'd have to wait 15 minutes to speak with a manager, but 12 hours later, we're still waiting. When we called back, "Sinthu" basically washed her hands of the issue, telling us to complain to Uber.

But the worst part? A few of us ended up getting food poisoning from the undercooked, contaminated wings. I'll save everyone the details, but Philthy Philly's has a blatant disregard for food safety. We're talking about a serious health risk here.

Food Quality: 0/10 - Tasteless, raw, and an utter disappointment. Customer Service: 0/10 - Unhelpful, unresponsive, and unprofessional. Value: 0/10 - Overpriced and underdelivered. Food Safety: 0/10 - A blatant disregard for customer health and safety.

OVER CHARGE YOU MONEY DONT PUT RECEIPT IN BAG Beware I walked in ordered other day little bit of a wait kind got wait for skip orders before yours I placed my order I thought was over charged so I said I will wait for receipt to check . So when I checked poutine box was open bag so my hands got soaked gravey and no receipt I thought was odd. I ordered large Phily cheese steak what a joke that is served on hard Italian bun with maybe extra small amount meat that guy chopped up to ground beef lol forgot cheese then burger is like same size QP from mcdonlads. No flavor very tough eat poutine was ok half frys where rock hard half were ok needs more cheeses and thiner gravey so back to over paying I checked online and I was over charged by 10$ and if I was go trough skip witch is few dollars more items on menu would over charged me 7$ over all pocketed close 10$ pretty sad when have do this won't go back here again BEWARE honest opinion even thoe I was robbed food very low class so is meat rather eat mcdonlads would saved 25$ to top if all off we bought slice cake turns out they are frozen box cake and they must be leaving box open in freezer because has old freezer frost on top just terrible and another flaw no menu take home for 2 years now I asked 2 years ago and again few days ago lol hahhah skip on this place belive me or try it for self and...

This was my first time dining at a Philthy Philly's and I enjoyed my Philly Cheesesteak. I had passed by it many times before so when I saw the deal on Groupon I decided to buy it so I would finally go and try it. I brought my sister and her boyfriend along with me.

I ordered a regular Philly Cheesesteak. I got onions, green peppers, and jalapenos on mine and went with the Jalapeno Monterey Jack cheese. Mushrooms and banana peppers were the other free toppings you could choose from. Once my sandwiches was ready I got to pick our sauce so I went with Southwest Chipotle and Philthy Sauce. If you like horseradish, my sister and her bf love Jeanette's Kicked up Horsey sauce. Her boyfriend got one of their poutines. I dont know if I would come here for their poutine, probably just stick with the sandwich. We also got a regular order of the feta fries to split.

I liked the flavour of everything together and thought the size of the sandwich was very filling, although it wasn't very cheesy. Fries were under dressed, but okay. Prices do seem a bit high for what you are getting and there is a good wait once you order your food. I will probably return eventually now that I know I can get a decent Philly...
