Pizzaville — Restaurant in Pickering

UPDATE: I returned after a month over the weekend, but unfortunately, I have to lower my rating. -I reordered my previous pizza, and the price had increased. -The quality and flavors seemed to have declined—for example, the pepperoni had a cheap, chemical, preservative-like taste. -The pizza also appeared smaller, with fewer toppings. I don’t think I’ll be returning and still on the hunt for a decent pizza joint.

I’m honestly so tired of these unethical practices like shrinkflation and price hikes that so many restaurants are resorting to. It’s frustrating and disappointing.

Pros: Easy online ordering process Free add-ons like green chilies, olive oil, pepper flakes, etc. They use high-quality mozzarella (Galbani from Italy), and you can really taste the difference. The flavors and overall quality were better than other chains like Papa John's, Pizza Pizza, and Domino’s. Generous amount of toppings, though I could’ve used just a bit more pepperoni.

I would without a doubt recommend pizzaville to everyone! Once they opened up shop in Pickering thought I'd give them a try .Wholly Crow ,People now it's the only pizza my family and I eat. I order from them at least 1 or 2 times a week. Pizza's are always perfect, not soggy, the order is always correct, the pannzarotis are to die for. All orders show up at my door in faster time than they quote and its always hot like it just came out of the oven. When you phone and place an order, friendly, knowledgeable employees that you can understand when speaking with them. If you have not tried them, best pizza in town at a great price. Worst place to order!!!! After 1 hour and 15 min they are calling me that he is on his way they are literally 12 min drive from my house and the manager expects me to take the delivery as we placed the order and offers me I will give you discount I don’t need your charity and I am not paying $60 dollars for old pizza. Find some more authentic and proper business who know what customer service is and have manners to speak on the phone. Rude customer service!!! When I called and complained that the order is late they ask me are you calling because you need compensation are you serious. Worst manners!! Worst customer service!!!
