Square Boy Pizza — Restaurant in Pickering

Edit: the owner has updated it to say once an order is placed they cannot modify it and that I should have called. This is both incorrect and nonsense as I had it corrected one time before. For this location the codes when ordering do not apply. It is what it is. How are you supposed to have an order corrected via online order without placing it first. Makes no sense.

Again, their own employee specifically said the locations owner does not and will not honour the online promotions. So perhaps the owner needs to have a word with their staff to either not say that or to honour the promotions.

This location does not and will not honour the online pricing promotions. The worker stated "The owner will not adjust for promotions and we can't do it" with some excuse about corporate sets promotions and they aren't told about it. That's their problem, shouldn't be the customers.

While not alot of money (I guess the owner needs it more than I do), the promotion is $11.99 for panzerotti, 2 toppings, drink and dip. Nope, go here and it'll be $14 because the owner says too bad (according to the workers).

Next time I place an order if the promotion isn't given I'll just leave the order there and not pay. And will keep doing it out of spite.

Stay away from this joint. The pizza tasted horrible and was undercooked. I would compare it to cheap, store bought pizza. There was a complete lack of customer service. The person behind the counter didn't seem to have a clue about how to bake a pizza. I would suggest they start servicing their pizza ovens as it never seems to bake the pizza right. The oven timer had to be reset many times as the pizza wouldn't bake properly. If you're into undercooked, low quality and tasteless pizza and want to deal with a lousy staff who lack interest in their own business, go for it. Depends on whos on duty. Some of the staff is awesome, some is kinda moody. Watch what you getting charged. They kept trying to overcharge me many many times for toppings that were included in the deal price on the twins. When i tried to explain their price list they didnt seem to understand their own menu....or just protended they didnt. Also had to go back 3 times when they over charged my kids and once they gave them small pizzas for the price of large. Overall, employees need training, and study their own menus. I personally like the taste of their pizzas though. I usually ask for well done and there is always plenty of toppings on there. Staff= 2...
