She notified us the oven was not working so we can't toast the sub. Note to store owner please address your equipment issues asap as this reduces the quality of your food.
The steak and cheese sandwiches were really good and the toppings were fresh. We will probably order this sub again.
The restaurant was pretty clean and organized. There's lots of marketing signage throughout the storefront and inside.
You can collect Subway MVP rewards however their app is very frustrating to use. You have to order and pay on the app to collect your points. You can't order at the store and collect rewards. Read moreThis is the worst Subway’s I have ever been to across 3 continents. The place was filthy, with smells from washrooms and no air conditioning adding to the ambience. On top of that, the employee was extremely rude, did not want to provide any answers on the questions we had. It seemed to be a bother that we were there, despite it being slow and empty. She begrudgingly made our sub and bowl, skimping on veggies and chicken, it seemed like a bread and sauce. The knife and fork provided were broken and the replacement was broken as well. The employee’s attitude, coupled with hot smelly and filthy ambience made us leave the premises and eat in our car.
