Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Pickering

I go to this location every morning to catch my bus and the servers are rude and will just ignore you while tending to the drive through. Also I ordered a steak sandwich and when I opened it, only to find the bottom bun burnt to a crisp as if it was taken from the garbage. I called in and spoke with the manager who offered me a free sandwich which I declined..Another thing I mentioned to her was that the servers were picking up the cups not from the sides but would stick their fingers inside. Since then I have never returned. That being said - my daughter (just recently) ordered a dozen donuts and a keg of hot chocolate for pot luck in her office and only to realize when when service started that she got coffee instead and she was told to bring back the coffee which was impossible as she had to work and it is quite a distance to drive back. She spoke with the manager after work and she insisted that the order was for coffee (she dosen't drink coffee, period) - no refund was issued. The worst Tim Hortons i have encountered. Lost...

This is crazy to even say, but yesterday around 6 pm I got a pizza from this location. I have to mention that two South Asian ladies were working during that shift and made the pizza. While preparing it, one of the employees started tying her hair, and they were both flipping their hair around. Hair and debris were falling all over the floor—it was a very unhygienic scene. They weren’t wearing gloves either.

I was really hungry, so I didn’t say anything and just ate the pizza. Within an hour, I developed a bad stomach ache, which was followed by symptoms of stomach flu. I can’t believe I got sick from the food at this location. I’ve never gotten sick from Tim Hortons food before, so I’m genuinely surprised that there seemed to be no hygiene policy or...

Extremely garbage service by the man who was taking orders on drive thru. I buy all the time from this Tim Horton as it’s very close to my home and always I get proper service. But this time this man he was actually boy a student was extremely rude. I asked chipotle sauce on bagel and I pay extra everytime for sauce and I don’t mind but I just said that just plz make sure it’s covered the one line properly. Then he said very rudely that it’s one pass only I said I know one pass but just make sure as it was kind of one drop last time and my daughter said mom can you plz tell them that they put at least proper amount. Very worst service by that boy he don’t know how to talk with customer as there is always ways to speak...
