Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Pickering

I got yelled at by a girl in drive thru.. i was making the order on saturday and she said wait.. and then i said ok after i placed in and came to the window my kids decided they dont want timbits they want donuts the lady rolled her eyes and took my order while turning her back.. the kitchen was really a chaos... after she came back with my order i said the customer service is not the same where is the manager and then she yelled at me and cussed with all her accents and then employees ran and said sorry she is not having a good day.. Tim Hortons Fire her immediately. When i first moved to the area this tim hortons was unlike any tim hortons clean great service.. after 2 years new students were getting there hours in and new managers started bringing there own people which is fine.. but the place is dirty in every angle you go through drive threw the kitchen is garbage.. they mess up the order. This tims is poorly run. Let me preface with I love me a double double and fast. My issue is with this team in order best to worst Drive thru lines are fine If you go in they prioritize drive thru to the point they may or may not know you are there. Food is not consistent. Ordered a bagel w cream cheese, should have checked the bag…no cream cheese :( The worst is that the coffee is not consistent. I order iced coffee it’s practically water. I order dark roast double double (mind u should be their strongest or bold flavour. I’m getting essentially cream and sugar w a small tinge of coffee flavour…just enough to discolour the cream….and it doesn’t work.

Tim’s should do a full scale audit of practise as this location is amazing, I am sure they have tons of customers. But judging by the reviews im not the only one who...

Had to clarify 3 times that I wanted a DOUBLE STACK farmers wrap, and the employee kept saying double double in the drive thru. So when I drove up to the pay window, paid, and then they gave me two medium double doubles (I didn’t even say medium ??????) Granted, it was my fault for not looking at the cost before paying (usually at Tim’s drive thru, they don’t say the price, they just hand me the card machine and I tap without question cause I know what the prices are, so also my fault). Didn’t bother questioning it because I was already nearly late for work and was already irritated, so writing a review instead because this is not the first time it has happened where they got my order completely wrong at Tim...
