I ordered thru the drive thru - a mama burger, a buddy burger, a mozza burger, fries and poutine. I received my order minus the mozza burger - thats a $7 ripoff. I had to reverse and knock on the window to have my order filled. Parked in the parking lot to check and there was no fork, no napkins included in the bag - what was I supposed to eat my poutine with? I had to walk into the restaurant to get a fork and napkin. There was no apology for either instance. I will probably not eat here anymore as this is the latest in poor service at this location. I am also spreading the word among my friends, but it seems they too have had similar experiences here. Another note: a week prior I had gone to the drivethru at this location and was asked to wait... for 15 minutes?!? I should have driven away, but just wanted to see how long they would make me wait. I literally timed it at 15 minutes then whoever came on the mic was laughing too hard to understand. Piss poor service - and before you say it was busy - there were 2 cars in the lot, both of which were parked in the employee parking area. If I could I would give this location an even lower rating...

Absalutly the worst... Stood at counter for almost 5 minutes never seen a single person in behind the counter, young girl standing around the corner talking with friends so I asked if I could get some help and all I got was yelled at about how ignorant I was for interrupting Her conversation, and I do mean screamed at. Tried talking to the manager about it a day later and all she did was make excuses about how the girl was having a bad day and was never like that, when some other customers tried to explain they too were told that she they were rude. Since A&W refuses to disapline her I no longer use A&W any place, however the McDonalds in the Walmart a block away is always friendly and have proved to be VERY friendly and are more than happy to help...
