We visited this location several times this week whilst in the area, have very much enjoyed the well prepared food and had zero issues until today. What I assume was the on-duty manager (based on her demeanor towards other staff - no name tag on) was rude, abrupt and agressive to the staff and customers alike. Having worked in food service I was appauled at seeing no hairnet or cap in use and her ponytail swinging freely all over the kitchen, as well as food being left randomly around with no accounting for cross contamination (some hashbrowns she had dumped were sent flying by another staff member as she had placed them on top of an order they were preparing and they hadn't spotted them). Also whilst kitchens are cramped and busy spaces, she was very much in the personal space of other staff to an excessive degree and barking orders militantly which made for a generally hostile atmosphere in store. She also got part of our order wrong and when another staff member tried to point this out before she served our food, she told them in full view of us that they were in the wrong and gave us the incorrect order. We didn't see any point bringing it up to her after witnessing this. Commendations to the other staff on duty who seemed to excel when she wasn't breathing down their...
Read moreDon't get me wrong, I like Tim Horton's but lately their service has been less than AVERAGE, hence why the rating. Let me explain... I drive a lot of school sports teams and we usually pick a spot to eat after the games. Last year, 9 out of 10 times the kids wanted Tim Horton's so we would stop. Now over the last year, more and more regularly we would get "sorry we're out of this and out of that" so we would end up stopping a second time to feed the kids who couldnt buy what they wanted at Timmies. As of the last 6 months we have quit stopping at Tim Horton's because of this. I thought lets give them one last try today with my bus load of kids...nothing has changed, 4 out 10 students got what they ordered. The other 6 either had to pick something else or go without. This is not just this location but all Tim Horton's seem to have the same problem at least every one we have stopped at in Southern Alberta. people come to Tim Horton's to order what they want, not what you have available that night. I know we will no longer be gracing any timmies with any of our sports...
Read moreFirst off I would like Tim hortons managers for calling me back as I’m still waiting to talk to them from a purchase made the 22nd of December.
The chicken nuggets given in the kids meal we’re so hard that they could have damaged my daughters teeth, I had a tough time breaking them apart with my hands. Don’t believe me??? I took a video, still don’t believe me Ask the night staff at the seton Tim hortons in Calgary. that we’re nice enough to direct me to contacting the head office. But I decided to contact them instead and was promised a phone call and my money back which I’m still waiting on as well. I waited patiently for this call instead of a bad review. Coming from a customer service back ground I know dealing with customers is the #1 priority. I won’t be visiting this Tim hortons ever again I rather drive to the next town for my coffee/tea and food. Thank you 👎🏼👎🏼
Feel free to contact me Ernest you have my number and address as it was...
