McDonald's — Restaurant in Pincher Creek

I have been to a lot of bad McDonald's but this one takes the cake. Stopped in on our way home from Waterton on the evening of August 5th to get the kids Happy Meals. Place was absolutely packed with people waiting for their orders. Most people were using the self order kiosk as most people trying to make an order at the counter when unnoticed by the staff. The self order kiosk was not producing receipts so nobody had their order number. Multiple customers had paid and after a while of waiting was told by a staff member that their order (That they already paid for) did not exist. They were not given a reason or solution. One gentleman ordered a large soft drink and was told they had ran out of large cups. The gentleman stated that he had paid for a large drink. Response from the staff member was "Things run out"! Again, no solution or apology to the gentleman. In the end it took me 35 minutes to get my two Happy Meals. I have worked retail before so fully understand the stress but this is no way to treat paying...

Overcharged way too many times and I'm really tired of it. They try to get away with regular prices on their specials.. like charging regular price for summer drink days or charging for a smoothie, then telling you their machines are broken and they give you watered down apple juice instead and no refund. When you ask, they say they can't do refunds.. bs. I try to be kind and let it go but it happens too often. My hubby just ordered breakfast and forgot to use his coupon.. he asked after the order was paid for so of course they said "its too late.." again... I call BS. I know they can refund and recharge him. On top of overcharging everyone all the time.. their machines are always broke down or they are out of product. Rediculous Mcdonalds. I wish there was a...

Slow service. Bigmac looked like it was stomped over and thrown against the wall before being wrapped. It has been 10 years since I had a Bigmac and this is the last time ever. MacDonald food became so tasteless and feel so synthetic. The buns are like cardboards, the pale grey color beef patties are so tiny and looked like they are steamed with hot water and coming from a ciw who died from leukemia. I used to love their mcChiken as a kid. Now it is just another sad dried out sandwich with no tang. Their coffe is somehow excellent, but McD's food is garbage and very expensive for what it is, and the McNuggets are the best example . I wouldn't eat MacDonald's food again, even if...
