This is the farthest from authentic I have ever seen for Thai food. People claiming this is authentic has not eaten from street carts in Thailand...

The pad thai is made from ketchup instead of tamarind... which is literally the essence of pad thai. Gone is the flavour of tangy sour noodles to disgustingly sweet bright red ketchup noodles. Plenty of chicken in there, barely any tofu. Not even a lime wedge. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.

The Tom Yum Rice, which I have never seen, had a decent spicy flavour however the short grain rice they use was mostly overcooked and mush.

I'm not 100% certain if the thai iced tea was done north american style with sugar and half and half, but it didn't taste anything what I am used to from thai teas. However it wasn't half bad.

Perhaps it is more catered to western tongues, but it certainly is the farthest from real thai food I have ever seen. The portions are pretty small compared to other thai places, but there was plenty of the protein.

Wife randomly wanted Pad Thai and I googled this place, and now I'm hating myself for not having come here sooner for Thai food. Don't let the restaurant interior deceive you, this place is legit authentic and now I know why they've been around for 23 years.

Ordered their lunch special Pad Thai, Tom Yum Gai, and Green Curry. Flavours and ingredients were authentic and they didn't cut corners. I heard some chopping from the kitchen after we ordered, so I think they actually chop fresh vegetables used in our order instead of having a bunch of pre-chopped stuff? Pleasantly surprised they used actual galangal in their Tom Yum even though they didn't have to, as probably most people wouldn't be able to tell the difference between galangal and ginger anyway. Green Curry was also very flavourful and deep. Will definitely come again to get our Thai fix.

TL;DR = come here for authentic Thai at a very reasonable price without the fine dining bells and whistles and expensive pricing of Bang Chok Dee. Shots...

It pains me to rate them so low; the food typically rates a 4/5. Unfortunately, despite two years of pandemic, their take out game has gotten worse. They have a frustrating tendency to quote a specific amount of time a given takeout order will take, and then miss the mark terribly. Most recently, they arbitrarily said our order would take no more than 45 minutes, but it took 1 hour and 15 minutes (!), wasting a half hour of our time. As this was the fifth and most egregious occasion they have done so in recent years, I'm afraid it was the last straw. After nearly 20 years of patronage, we will no longer be dining (or taking...

Great service, food was delish, served quickly and piping hot. One star off cause the pad Thai is tomato based and not tamarind based which I would definitely not consider authentic, not to be a snob. It was still super tasty. Green curry was packed with flavour and perfectly spicy. Thai iced tea was, as always, delectable. The restaurant was completely empty other than us, they were pumping out take out orders like crazy though. Will defs be paying another visit soon.

Love this place! I'll drive a decent distance to come back here! Sometimes, I feel it's a bit expensive for what it is however I do think it's good! It's usually pretty low-key, most of the times I've either picked up or dined in, it's just been me and another table. We got the chicken pad thai and spring rolls, didn't need to order an appetizer as it was a lot of food! Great lil spot, thanks guys!
