I visited A&W with high hopes of indulging in their delicious offerings, but alas, my experience left me with a sour taste in more ways than one. I ordered their raspberry turnover, expecting a delightful treat, but what I got was far from it.

Firstly, let's talk about the taste—or rather, the lack thereof. The raspberry filling was bland and tasteless, leaving me wondering if there were any raspberries involved at all. It was as if someone forgot to add the flavor, leaving me with a pastry that was nothing short of disappointing.

But the disappointment didn't end there. Shortly after consuming this lackluster turnover, I began to feel unwell. Nausea crept in, followed by a stomachache that made me regret ever setting foot in the establishment. I can't say for certain what caused my sudden illness, but I have a sinking suspicion that it had something to do with that raspberry turnover.

To add insult to injury, the service was abysmal. I waited an eternity for my order to arrive, only to be met with lukewarm apologies and excuses from the staff. It seemed like they were more interested in chatting amongst themselves than attending to the needs of their customers.

Overall, my experience at A&W was nothing short of a disaster. From the tasteless raspberry turnover to the onset of illness and the interminable wait times, I left feeling thoroughly dissatisfied. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of their pastry section—I certainly won't be making the mistake of returning...

A&W is one of my favorite fast food breakfast places. However this morning put a bad taste in my mouth going to this one. Ordered my food and watched it put up into queue to come out. The one lady working there was so scatterbrained cause it was extremely busy (full inside, drive thru packed and about 8 people in line) and the only lady at front till was also taking peoples food to their tables while ignoring the new customers. I waited 10 minutes for my food and then another 5 minutes for my beverage. I dont blame her, but I do blame the owner as they should have another worker to assist on busy mornings. I will go back but my rating stays until this issue...

Went through the drive thru which took 10 minutes to get our food. We checked the bag as soon as we left the window to make sure all our food was there. We were missing three onion rings after the lady in the window ensured us we had everything. Went inside to get them and she noticed me right away and said to her co-worker “she is here to get her onion rings”. Why give us the bag in the drive thru window and tell us it is all there when you know it is not?! Have us pull around and wait for the onion rings to get out of the fryer. Terrible...
