KFC — Restaurant in Ponoka

As a big KFC fan, I have visited many KFCs around the globe and have even visited Colonel Sanders Grave in Louisville, Kentucky. After experiencing the abysmal, pathetic excuse for service I think the Colonal would be turning in said grave.

The sheer confusion of ordering a boneless bucket (a KFC classic) and being told I was in for a long wait by a woman who seemed inconvenienced I'd pulled up to the drive through in the first place, I decided to go in and cancel my order.

When walking in, the penny dropped. The cast of the hills have eyes were stood around the deep fat fryer. I cancelled my order and pledged to never return.

Although leaving empty handed, I was served one of the worst attitudes I've ever experienced.

If I ever return to Louisville, I will lay a single rose for every Ponoka resident that has to deal with this appalling...

In the last two months of going I'm not crazy about a few things, the space at the front entrance is too crowded there is an iron bar close to the drink station which causes a traffic jam when going through and such, little inconvenient but there could be a reason its there I don't know, twice now it took over 20 min to have an order ready and mine weren't that long, twice they forgotten some items on us but it's our fault too we didn't go to explain it and retrieve the missing item, the food is okay but I will say that a couple times were a bit questionable on the chicken burgers there looking a little pink still, so far haven't had any problems with it, I'm not fond of the foul language being said around customers, understanding its been a long day but when you know there is customers there maybe tone down on the language a bit? Even...

Construction or something going on during meal ruined the atmosphere for sure but besides that the food was great and the counter lady brought our food to our table cause it wasn't too busy which was a nice thing to do. I had a chicken burger box with a thigh and then added on cookies and brownie they sucked absolutely terrible dessert options but I was just trying to spend my full meal voucher. Added a poutine and side of the tatersalad both were delish would go again. Wish I could get tacos to round out that 25 but whatcha gonna do. Man were those cookies awful I can't believe they even sell them. So gross. Like a chips ahoy that fell behind a washing machine for three years or...
