I love Ponoka's Cosmic Pizza. SO. MUCH.

We're weekly customers at this point and have been for months, and every single time has been awesome.

If you're craving a thick and hearty pizza, you can't go wrong, but their donair is also awesomely good.

Best of both worlds; get their donair pizza. We took a shot at it the first time we ordered there and now we get it every single time. Add tomatoes, onions, and green peppers for the optimum experience.

Delivery is always on-time, the guys who do the delivery are excellent and caring, and the food is always hot and fresh.

They'll go above and beyond for you, too. Remember that day in 2022 when payment systems across Canada weren't working? We tried ordering pizza and then had the horrible moment of finding every single one of our payment options wasn't working. But Cosmic were awesome about it, and let us come in to pay when things were working again and gave us the pizza for nothing but trust.

My best friend got so sick cause the burger was RAW!! IT WAS RAW!!!! The sauce was SO overly spicy that thankfully she SAW it was RAW!! You should be ashamed of yourselves for putting not only one of the most selfless humans I've ever met lives at risk, but the community of Ponoka at large!

UPDATE : the humility and your review shows that you care and learn from mistakes and perhaps it was a misunderstanding she could have been sick from something else I shouldn't blame something or be so harsh without knowing the full story so I completely understand your point and I'm going to change my review and hopefully other businesses can learn from your wonderful response to something that is I'm assuming pretty heavy for a business to have to carry...

Now this place is great and the food is just down right good. The reason I like this place is because there pizza's are not too greasy nor are they raw. These guys know how to make great pizzas and there price's are just plain great to those who wish to save some money from time to time. I'll be happy to order there pizza any time, any where for as long as I live. Not to mention there chicken wings are to die for as well.
